Below is a quick tour of the property so you have a clear idea of what you’re getting when you book our home. When you first arrive at the property - you will walk through our courtyard, up our stairs, and through our front door into our living room. This room has a full sized sleeper sofa that can comfortably sleep one large person or two small people. The kitchen/bar area has bar seating for four as well as a desk for working. We rarely cook and typically recommend our guests take advantage of the absolutely phenomenal local cuisine that is walking distance to the house.

One of the best parts of living in Pacific Beach is the accessibility to so many different types of food from such vast parts of the world - right at your fingertips. You can have Brazilian acai bowls for breakfast and then sample the local flavors of Thailand for lunch, then finish off the day with high quality Mexican fare for dinner - without having to use your car! The bedroom features high quality, hotel grade, tempurpedic King Sized Bed with freshly laundered linens and towels. The bedroom has an ensuite tiled shower with sink and commode.

We recommend that guests bring their own toiletries sets so that we can keep our cleaning staff and future guests safe. If you need anything - there are convenience stores, pharmacies, and groceries stores less than a 5 minute walk from the home.

You will have access to park a car on the property and street parking is plentiful if you have any additional vehicles.

It is easy to walk or bike to everything in Pacific Beach and we are in the center We request that guests minimize their noise levels and use of the kitchen and common areas between 10 PM and 6 AM to avoid disturbing others in the house.

Thomas Ave is within 11 minutes or 5.3 miles from San Diego Mesa College. It is also near University of San Diego and University of California, San Diego. We have also established a quick guidebook to give you an idea of the distances from all local and major attractions in San Diego.
