If you're traveling to Downtown Miami for business, a romantic getaway, or an upcoming cruise, this is the perfect place for you! This apartment is across the street from the Metromover station and is conveniently located less than 2 miles from the Miami Cruise terminal. This stunning, brand new apartment is equipped with modern appliances and features a stylish, contemporary design. You'll be able to enjoy stunning views of the city as well as take advantage of great amenities such as a pool and 24/7 fitness center without even leaving the building!
The living room is a dreamy, cozy space that has been expertly furnished and styled to perfection and features a plush couch, large windows offering stunning city views, and a smart 65-inch TV with high speed Wi-Fi connection for your entertainment needs.
The kitchen is a brand new space with a modern look and feel. It is fitted with stainless steel appliances and easy to use amenities such as a coffee maker, dishwasher, and microwave. It even includes a dining table with seating for 4.
The sleeping space is both stylish and comfortable, appointed with a queen-size bed and a smart 65-inch TV. The layout is well-thought-out to offer guests a personal space. There is even a large closet stocked with extra pillows and blankets. The bathroom is also brand-new and luxuriously spacious, with a glass shower stall and modern fixtures.
If you need to do some laundry while you're here, a stacked washer and dryer is available in this unit so you don't have to leave the apartment.

Miami is a city full of culture, delicious food and plenty of things to do. Start your visit at Bayside Marketplace, where you can browse through stores, grab a bite to eat or simply enjoy the waterfront view. Then head over to Bayfront Park, where you can stroll through the gardens, have a picnic or take a ride on the Thriller Miami Speedboat Adventures.
For something a bit more cultural, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is a must-see, and Maurice A. Ferré Park is perfect for a relaxing walk or cycle. Finish off your day with a delicious meal at one of the city's many restaurants and bars, such as Hard Rock Café, Novecento or The Capital Grille. If you're a night owl, Zuma Miami is a hotspot for cocktails and dancing, and there are plenty of bars and clubs to keep you entertained into the early hours!

There are several paid off-site parking options available nearby (not included in the rental). Daily parking at the College Station Garage is $15/day (no re-entry) or $20/day (unlimited re-entries, advanced purchase required). Extended parking (min. 3 days, no re-entry) is available for $10/day (advanced purchase required). This last option is ideal if you are going on a cruise or if you will be using public transportation or ride share services during your stay.
