Great stay- the backyard was so awesome and we enjoyed having the hot tub. Overall- the property was very nice for our family of 5 with lots of space and a great location.

Perfect place to stay

Had a large group in town for alumni weekend. Nice large house with plenty of room for 10 adults. Very clean, great location, backyard is perfect for hanging out and communication with owner was very easy. Hope to stay again.

Great place!

We were in Lubbock for our son’s graduation and we had the whole family with us. We had a fabulous time! The place was perfect for us and in a great location! The house was very comfortable and had enough places for us to sleep comfortably! Nice living area to hang along with enough space to eat. The outside patio is super cute and is a great place to cook out.

Wedding stay

The house was bigger than expected. More room than the picture shows. The kitchen was amazing! Stocked way more than any other house we have stayed in. Thank you! If we are ever in Texas again we will be staying here.

TTU Move In

Stayed over fall move in weekend. Comfortable bed at end of day and being close to West Village were appreciated. House is simple and clean. Good space for everyone.

Perfect place for Thanksgiving

We came up to have Thanksgiving and to catch a game with our daughters and this place was perfect. The house is cozy and comfortable with plenty of lounging space. Table seating for 10+ and an excellent kitchen made it a breeze to host a large meal for many people. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and we really enjoyed the oasis in the back as well. The host was communicative and wonderful to deal with. All in all this is most definitely a 5 star location and on our list whenever we visit Lubbock!

Great Location!

Large house on corner lot. Plenty of parking. Plenty of room in the house for cooking and eating. Lots of room to play games. Large couch In living room. Bedrooms had plenty of beds. There were 10 of us so only two bathrooms was tricky. Cute decor in the house. Great location to medical area and the Texas Tech campus.

Perfect location for all things Texas Tech!

We stayed here over graduation weekend. This home is in a great location for anything you might be doing at Texas Tech. Very quiet overall, spacious with nice amenities. Fantastic parking for multiple vehicles. We didn't get to spend any time in the well appointed backyard but could see how it could be very enjoyable. Beds and bedding was very comfy, plenty of towels, couch in living room was great to sink into after a long day of graduation festivities. Communication was friendly. Highly recommend and we will look here first when our next son graduates in 2 years.
