Capital City Condo #4

Light and airy newly renovated one bedroom condo in our states capital. Lots of space abounds in this unit. Rooms are large with lots of storage! New queen size bed in pull out sofa for extra bodies that may accompany you. Granite in the kitchen and new tile in the bath. Internet TV in the living room with the highest speeds for movie watching. A nice wide bank of windows give plenty of daylight while looking out over the courtyard.

The bed wasn’t the greatest but it was fine for just me. The host was great. There was a small issue but the host took care of everything and was very proactive with resolving the issue before I even knew about it

The host was very communicative and helpful. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first but it was very quiet and overall a nice place to stay. It is in a great location as far as access to everything in Frankfort. The apartment was very clean and a nice place to stay for our visit. I will definitely be booking this property again on my future trips to the area.

Although the area seemed sketchy my husband had no trouble at all during his stay! The inside was very clean and maintained well. The bed was comfy. Kitchen was well equipped- with the exception of a can opener but that was no big deal. My husband travels for work and carries thousands of dollars worth of tools in his truck. He was very worried about the area but told me the parking lot was well lit. He woke up several times the first night to look outside and check that things were ok. He had no troubles at all and said he would stay there again when/if he’s ever in the area.

Great but a little off

I stayed one night in the condo(with a preteen) and booked for two, it was nice for a weekend trip if you weren’t planing on staying in the condo the entire trip. Definitely a place to lay your head. But it also just felt so empty it wasn’t giving homey feeling like I’ve had with other rentals in the past. Something just felt off I can’t explain it but it was an odd feeling. But the queen size bed LOVED it I’ve never had a more comfortable bed to sleep on and the host was always quick to respond to a message.

Great option for staying in Frankfort

The space is a great alternative to staying at a hotel annd has alil the conveniences of home. all the amenities! The area is conveniently located and in a quiet neighborhood. This was the second time we stayed at this location and won’t be the last!

Excellent location for Bourbon Trail Stay

This location is about 30-45 minutes from some of the most popular Bourbon Trail stomps and has several good restaurants nearby. (Buffalo Trace is only about a 5-minute drive.) This one-bedroom condo is perfect for two people and had all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We would 100% stay again.

Very Sketchy

Sketchy neighborhood, worn couch, worn pillows, worn sheets. Dirty wall trim, dirty walls, dirty kitchen sink dirty bathroom exhaust fan. Blinds that didnt go to the floor for privacy. It’s on an Avenue not a drive like it is listed. I dont know how this host is listed as premier!!

Simple, Affordable Accommodation

This 1 bedroom apartment is a functional and affordable unit a short drive from Buffalo Trace. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and large. The unit itself was a little difficult for us to find due to a later than expected arrival in the dark; I suspect there would be no issue with this during the daytime. The apartment complex is a bit rundown which gives a little perspective as to why there are no outside pictures of the unit on the listing. Overall, a decent stay at a reasonable price close to our ultimate destination.

Great location for distilleries.

The place was as described, size was perfect for me and my wife. If you are a buffalo trace fan you are less then 10 minutes away. Kitchen could use a little TLC and maybe update the cooking utensils and pots and pans.

This was to be a quick one night stay while we did a barrel selection at BT the next day. The condition of this unit is shabby. There was mildew and pink mold stains in the shower. This is not a "condo" but rather an old dilapidated apartment complex that appears to have other units under renovation. The last thing I noticed on our way out, about 5 minutes after arriving since we did not stay, where the screwdriver pry marks in the door frame that tore the door seal. I wasn't carrying since we flew, so glad we moved to a hotel. Not our cup of tea.

Perfect for our anniversary

We stayed two nights. The condo was easy to find, super cute and in a quiet neighborhood! Easy check in and out. I really enjoyed the information booklet provided by the hosts.
