For all history lovers, this home is just seconds away from the Frankfort Cemetery where you will find many Kentucky Legends, such as Daniel Boone.

Parking:

Guests will have access to only one parking spot at this unit. Parking will be in the rear of the house, where guest will travel down a few steps to the back door of this unit.

Where Bourbon and Politics run free, is where you will find Bourbon on the Hill. This unit features vinyl plank floors and wireless internet. The right hand side unit of this duplex, Bourbon on the Hill has two cozy bedrooms, one featuring a queen bed and the second features a full. Bourbon on the Hill also offers guests a full kitchen, washer & dryer, living room views to Downtown Frankfort, and just a short commute to live like a local and experience all of Kentucky's finest. An iron and ironing board come with this unit for all of those important events and photos. Residents will enjoy heat and air conditioning during their stay. Your Booking does not include the 4% local Frankfort Occupancy and Transit Tax. This will be sent as an additional request upon approval of booking. The house is clean and cute. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom is tight and the wifi didn't work. The outside could use some work. Trees need to be trimmed, window screens were broken, etc. Conveniently located around everything and very much enjoyed our stay.

Parking was great. We were able to walk right into the cute town of Frankfort. The bathroom is quite small and slightly outdated. Other than that, Bourbon On The Hill was perfect for girls weekend!

Great for a long weekend away! We loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings- we could smell the mash from Buffalo Trace! The space was small, but had everything we needed. Within walking distance of several restaurants, and a great central point between many Kentucky distilleries.

Our 1st time renting a Vrbo that used a property management company rather than an owner and will be our last. Abandoned house next door. The air vents were caked with dust and the house had a cat pee like odor.Saggy water damaged ceiling in one room with an open junction box exposing wires without a blank cover. Hand towel rack in bathroom hanging out of the wall. I'm 5'4 and the bed was taller than my bellybutton, almost to my chest, had to use step stool from kitchen to get in bed. The living room furniture was so uncomfortable, we would end up going and laying in bed by 8 (we typically stay up until midnight) just to comfortably relax. On the last night of our stay, we went out to leave and a wire had come off the power pole and was hanging over our vehicle, the corner of the roof and one of the air conditioning units. We called after hours number in the provided binder only to get message to call another number. Called it, they said no ETA but put in possible hazardous maintenance call. We spent the next 3 hours making calls to get someone to come and tell if it was electric or not and for help to resolve. We called nonemerg police, they said call electric. Electric said it was cable for internet, they contacted cable who came and fixed it. Received text from AZ phone number (maintenance company that works for property management co) telling US to call electric to assess. Spent last day of vacay doing someone else's job.Never again!

Adorable and comfortable stay in a good location

The rooms were very comfortable and it fit our party of 3 adults very comfortably. We enjoyed the balcony area. The location was very convenient to a number of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!
