Newly remodeled cottage with a large living room/kitchen area for family gatherings.
1 bock from the beach,a 2 minute walk,with shopping and restaurants within walking distance.Beach cart,
Beach chairs,umbrellas,and beach accessories included.Outside shower for rinsing off,and a large back porch for relaxing after a long day at the beach.Rentals will run Sunday to Sunday starting in May.Only weekly rentals from May to September.Parking for 2 vehicles

This property is beautiful! It is so close to the beach, perfect location when you have children. There are plenty of delicious places to eat. The house was well stocked with everything you would need. Tim was extremely kind when we had questions. We would definitely stay again!!

We had an amazing weekend. The house was incredible. Super clean and fresh. Very comfortable! Everything you could need is in this house! Close to the beach. The host was amazing to work with. We will absolutely be coming back throughout the year!!!

Wonderful stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at Summertown! The home was clean and close to the beach. The house had everything we needed. Tim was also very accommodating when we asked to extend our vacation another day! We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location to the beach, restaurants and shopping!

I stayed here with my Husband and another couple for a work conference. We wanted to be close to nightlife. We were very pleased and the house is so cute inside. Nicely decorated and clean.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely time for our early summer vacation. House was so cute, well stocked with anything you might think you need. All was clean and tidy when we arrived. Neighborhood was quiet and close to stores and activities we chose to do. Beach access was super close! We loved our stay and will certainly consider this rental again if we are able to make it work with our schedules in future years!

Spring break

Enjoyed the property very clean and accommodating for my family. Slept comfortably each night was nice to have separate rooms for my children. The only drawback to the area was the spiky spurs.

The property looked better in person than the pictures. It also included everything imaginable and clothing was the only thing we ended up needing to bring. Spoke to Tim in person and he was extremely nice.

Kitty Hawk Vacation

Very comfortable house. The house was in a great location with a short walk to the beach on a quiet street. The kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. There were beach toys and crib and high chair for our grandson. we would not hesitate to return to this property.

Very nice house

The house is great and is well stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms, coffee bar and extra beach gear. Location was good for distance to the beach, and donuts and pizza plus more within walking distance. Linens provided were good quality. For my family, the location was quiet but the area overall was busier that we prefer. We'd never been to Kitty Hawk before, but it also allowed us to do more central and northern activities. Overall a very nice house that met our needs.
