This home is a duplex style rental and is located on the ground level with no stairs. Wheelchair assessable parking and entrance into the unit. New ADA bathroom and bedroom.
Semi private beach located on the Chesapeake bay.
This rental is less than 500 yards to the beach. It is located on a quiet area of Chicks Beach on a dead in street with little traffic. Large screen porch with comfy seating.
Covered side yard with grill area. Fenced back yard. Smart TV's for movie streaming.
Sunday to Sunday rental for 2025 summer.
Pets allowed with prior approval. $150 pet fee 1 dog max please.

Very nice amenities and location, short walk to beach and enough space for everyone. Kitchen could use more silverware, cookware, etc...but we enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect house to host guests coming in for a wedding

my guests really enjoyed the location. I rented this house for family members who are coming in for my daughter's wedding and it was perfect.

Great Getaway!!

All 4 of us absolutely love this place! Perfect location, excellent accommodations and a wonderful beach! I was very happy to be here rather than on the beach or in the town of Virginia Beach, but still close enough if you like that sort of thing. Everything we needed was virtually minutes away, grocery stores, shopping and great restaurants. Highly recommend going to the Big Town to The Cavalier Hotel for the bourbon tour in the Tarnished Truth Distillery, top notch experience!!!Definitely planning a return visit!!!

Amazing stay at Chic's Beach

We had an amazing stay at Chic's beach! So much so, we're all considering moving there! Location was great. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and easy drive to so many restaurants and places of interest. Would highly recommend this place...just not during the week we are coming back!

ADA Bathroom and height bed on chic's beach

We greatly appreciated the shorter height for our bed to help getting in and out and the roll in shower and bars in the bathroom. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the chics beach location is fantastic for evening at the beach. Thanks very much for our stay!

The Perfect Spot!

Excellent place to rest and recover after recent surgery! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great location, clean, cozy, and cute! Kathy was fantastic at communicating with us as well. Our pups enjoyed the fenced yard and screened porch! We hope to visit again soon!

Perfect!

Cannot beat the accommodations! Everything on one floor. Fenced backyard for pups. Right next to beach path on a cul-de-sac. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Floor plan is open for family. Plenty of rooms (4) and beds. Outside sitting area with grill. We really enjoyed our stay!

2nd time we stayed here

We had a really great week again! The layout of our unit was perfect for us. We all agree that the only negative was the family in the upstairs unit had two dogs and whenever they were not home the dogs barked continuously until they returned. Sometimes they barked for 3 or more hours very loudly which was very annoying. I am sure the neighbors next door were not happy with them either.

Family Graduation trip

I so wish I found this area 3 years ago when my daughter started law school! As a gulf coast guy Virginia Beach just has felt dirty, dangerous, and really not a fun place to visit. However, Chick Beach was real jewel that the locals must be keeping secret. Nice sunrise over Chesapeake Bay with plenty of good beach to enjoy. Traveling with aging parents with mobility issues is always a challenge, so this single ground level was great and the 4 bedrooms kept our party of 8 from stepping all over each other. Living room was a little tight with only real seating for 7 but we made do. Several local places to get good eats and multiple grocery stores within minutes. Highly recommend for families looking to be together. Even had ample parking space for 4 cars for our unit.

Pleasant stay

Everything was good. There were several things that kept this from getting a full five star rating. 1. The bottle opener was rubber???? 2. The floor was dirty. Walking barefoot my feet were filthy. 3. Get a kuerig. 4. Get a mesh network for your internet. 5. Get an ironing board that is from this century.

I am a local Virginia Beach Resident. I love the Chesapeake bay beach or as we locals call it Chicks Beach. I have owned and rented my Vacation Rentals for over 25 years. I am so excited to offer this year a totally wheelchair assessable vacation Rental. My father worked with the disabled all his life and I wanted to do this in his honor.

This home is mostly wheelchair assemble. Not just a bedroom and bathroom. Family with mobility issues should be able to be with there family in entire home.
