Amazing Host and Stay, 0 problems. Cute home, perfect for a single couple or with children. Everything for a long weekend in Tampa or longer. 45min outside the city, very quiet and safe. Anything you need is within 10min drive. We will stay again when visiting very happy with everything !!!

Great place! Very clean (no dust or dirt anywhere and all towels and sheets were freshly washed)!! Nicely equipped for a small group! Easy to navigate everything in it. We had a little bit of trouble the very first time we tried to unlock the front door but the host immediately helped and the door promptly opened. We had no issues. Location is excellent.The host was super attentive. I definitely recommend for a small group!

Mary is a wonderful host, and this property is just delightful! Anything you could possibly want is right there and beautifully maintained. We dipped in the hot tub and cooked and relaxed in front of the TV on the softest sofa ever! Bring the kids and your dog... everyone will be totally comfy, safe and well entertained.

Cozy Home With a Large Yard

The home was adorable, with a big enough yard to entertain my dogs. I loved the front porch, where I could hang out. The back patio was nice, with fans, a sitting table, and a hot tub. I would recommend privacy fencing along the sides since a home is being built next to the property, and nearby neighbors have dogs. Communication with the host was excellent. I needed to extend my stay, and the host was very accommodating. There is a little bit of a gap between the drive gate and post; my one dog, Bear, who's a collie/ lab mix, was able to slip out once. There is a walk gate that separates the front yard from the driveway. Overall, a pleasant stay in a cozy home.

Everything was clean and easily accessable. Loved sitting out in the back porch area at night. The only negative was that the hot tub had too much chlorine in it, it made our eyes sting. After being at the beach or lagoon we really didn't have a need to use it anyway, so it didn't matter that much to us in the end.

Great weekend stay

What a nice cottage! It was very bright and clean. Mary was great to communicate with. I would highly recommend for a couple or a small family. We were there for a quick weekend, so we didn't get to take advantage of all the amenities, but the hot tub was crystal clear and the grounds looked amazing. It was nice to have a quiet area to stay in such a busy area.

Cozy Bungalow

The host is excellent. We came down for a college graduation during a tropical storm. We had a small issue with the electricity/water due to the storm, and the host was accesible and communicative about the fix. We would definitely book again!

Florida fun!

The property and home were so awesome! Perfect for our family and within 10 min from our friends home. The owners were gracious in allowing our friends to come over to play, and all the kids had a blast with the outdoor games provided! The hot tub was a welcome reprieve at the end of the day! We had everything we needed in the home, beds were comfortable, and the house kept us cool in the hot Tampa weather!! We will definitely be back!

Clean and bright

Perfect place for our time in Wesley Chapel. Very clean, bright and cheerful. Great location for us. close to where we needed to be but still out of the mass of traffic. Loved the screened in porch and hot tub and had lots of fun playing ping pong. Beds were very comfortable.

I love the location. It was nice to have a property outside of a subdivision with no HOA rules and space between houses. When it rains, this property is very dry. Fully fenced & parking is behind the gate. Outdoor private street light.
