Welcome to your newly remodeled bungalow, a private, family-friendly escape set on a spacious half-acre in the heart of Wesley Chapel. Designed for relaxation, play, and quality time together, this charming home offers the perfect balance of comfort, fun, and privacy.

Step inside to a bright, open-concept living area with beautiful wood flooring throughout. The cozy living room invites you to unwind on the plush sofa, stream your favorite shows on the HDTV, or get work done at the dedicated workspace.

The space flows seamlessly into a fully equipped modern kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar seating four, and everything you need to cook and gather with ease.

Mary was great to communicate with. House had everything we needed. Was even able to make Thanksgiving dinner for my family. Screened in porch with amenities were great. Plus had a new propane grill we used several times.

Great place for a getaway!

If you want to feel you are out in the country yet close to restaurants, shopping, and fun things to do, this is the perfect place. Cottage is equipped with everything you need. A home away from home. Loved our stay!

Great weekend stay

What a nice cottage! It was very bright and clean. Mary was great to communicate with. I would highly recommend for a couple or a small family. We were there for a quick weekend, so we didn't get to take advantage of all the amenities, but the hot tub was crystal clear and the grounds looked amazing. It was nice to have a quiet area to stay in such a busy area.

Everything was clean and easily accessable. Loved sitting out in the back porch area at night. The only negative was that the hot tub had too much chlorine in it, it made our eyes sting. After being at the beach or lagoon we really didn't have a need to use it anyway, so it didn't matter that much to us in the end.

Clean and bright

Perfect place for our time in Wesley Chapel. Very clean, bright and cheerful. Great location for us. close to where we needed to be but still out of the mass of traffic. Loved the screened in porch and hot tub and had lots of fun playing ping pong. Beds were very comfortable.

Cozy Bungalow

The host is excellent. We came down for a college graduation during a tropical storm. We had a small issue with the electricity/water due to the storm, and the host was accesible and communicative about the fix. We would definitely book again!

Amazing rental for families with children

Florida fun!

The property and home were so awesome! Perfect for our family and within 10 min from our friends home. The owners were gracious in allowing our friends to come over to play, and all the kids had a blast with the outdoor games provided! The hot tub was a welcome reprieve at the end of the day! We had everything we needed in the home, beds were comfortable, and the house kept us cool in the hot Tampa weather!! We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

The house was just as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house itself is a little small but the outdoor area more than makes up for that. The ping pong table was a hit. We didn't bring our dogs but the yard would have been perfect if we had. We didn't use the hot tub but it appeared to be very clean. Mary was awesome and very responsive. We will definitely stay here for the next hockey tournament.

Great visit to Florida

Our hostess thought of everything! We enjoyed relaxing in this well stocked home. There are so many pluses: golf, grill, table tennis, and yard games. This is an excellent family vacation home. We visited the east and west coast from this location. Wesley Chapel is a really nice town with everything you need. One thing that really impressed me: Our host has electronic boxes for each room. I was able to plug up everything at once! A great vacation for us.

I love the location. It was nice to have a property outside of a subdivision with no HOA rules and space between houses. When it rains, this property is very dry. Fully fenced & parking is behind the gate. Outdoor private street light.
