Everything WAS PERFECT. So much attention to detail everything was just like the pictures. I will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area. thank you for such a great time. Such a nice area felt so safe.

It is so wonderful walking into a rental where everything is as expected. The house was so cute, nicely furnished, had a stocked kitchen, and most importantly, the home was very clean!! Additionally, the home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood that is close to shopping and restaurants. Lastly, Veronica was wonderful; she was always responsive to any questions and she kindly let us check in a little earlier to coincide with our schedule. I would definitely rent this home next time I am in town and would highly recommend it to any family.

Very clean place! Wonderful neighborhood. Close to a lot of shopping and I-75. If bright lights coming in the bedroom windows keep you up at night buy some temporary paper blackout shades from Home Depot for the master bedroom. There is some kind of street light coming in at night and the installed blinds don’t block it all. The temporary blackout shades really help. Bring a couple of small lamps for mood lighting in the living room. The Home Goods store is only a mile away so if you forget that’s where to grab a couple. I also purchased a couple of brighter LED bulbs for the master bedroom lamps & switched them back when we left. The master bedroom bed feels like it needs box springs but sleeps fine if you stay on either the far right or far left. Very clean! Pillows super comfy! The ice maker is terrific!

Very clean and great location

We had a great stay. The house is very clean and is a great location. Convenient to 75 and all of the attractions in Tampa. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the game room playing pool! The owner checked in with us several to makeSure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Tampa.

Great home, quiet neighborhood and friendly host

Our host was very friendly and communicative, the house was clean and exactly as it was listed, and we were very pleased with our stay. The location was perfect for us to get to downtown Tampa and several other locations. Beds are comfy, we sat out on the screened in porch and even got a few games of pool in. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

I moved to the Tampa Bay area over 30 years ago. My husband and I both graduated from the University of South Florida with degrees in Engineering and currently work from home. We are a family of five and have traveled to several places throughout the years. We have stayed in hotels for the most part and on some occasions thought of how our stays could have been better. We had the opportunity to become short term rental hosts and we jumped at the opportunity. While I'm the main host, my husband is always ready to help when needed. We both aim for perfection in everything we do, and this is no exception. Our goal is for our guests to have a wonderful/relaxing experience on our rentals.

This house is located in an HOA which means, the owners pretty much need to follow certain rules to keep the neighborhood beautiful and safe. I personally inspect the house before each reservation to make sure everything is ready by the time you check-in.
