New Listing! Downtown with views, pool and hot tub! Welcome to LongBranch 111

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the condo’s convenient location just a couple of minutes from Main Street Breckenridge. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. We take your comments regarding the linens, windows, and cleanliness very seriously. Finding medication in the carpet is certainly not acceptable, and we are addressing this with our housekeeping team to ensure our inspection process is thorough and nothing is overlooked. We’re also sorry that the noise from the unit above impacted your stay. While noise between condominium units can unfortunately be outside of our direct control, we understand how disruptive it can be, especially when you’re looking for a peaceful getaway. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we can improve and provide a better experience for future guests. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we have the opportunity to provide the experience you expected.

We are so sorry to hear of the issue upon arrival with the cleaning crew still in the unit. I didn't know of that until reading your review. The New Year Holiday is one of the busiest days of the year and traffic can be extremally difficult that day, not that that makes it okay at all, just trying to find an explanation of poor timing. I am happy to know the rest of your stay was good in the condo. We hope we can make it up to you next time!

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re very sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced during your stay. While we strive to make every guest’s visit seamless, we’d like to address a few of the concerns you mentioned for clarity: The outside entry light is on a timer, so unfortunately it isn’t something we can manually adjust during your stay. We also don’t have control over construction materials in the surrounding area, though we understand that can be an inconvenience. Regarding the TV, we do provide detailed instructions in the guest binder, there is live cable service and streaming options. When you reported being locked out, we sent maintenance immediately to confirm the door code. They verified the original code provided was still active and working, and no changes had been made. We’re sorry for the trouble this caused and glad our team was able to quickly assist. We understand that dusty conditions and outdoor surfaces can be especially challenging during stretches of hot, dry weather in the mountains, and we’ll continue to do our best to stay on top of that. We also appreciate your notes on the furnishings, as we’re always updating items to keep the property comfortable. Thank you again for your feedback.

Thank you for your detailed review and feedback. We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the location, cozy layout, and well-equipped kitchen of our place! We apologize for the discomfort caused by the heat. Your description helps us understand the issue better, and we’re committed to addressing it. We’re currently investigating the source of the heat and exploring solutions to improve the cooling situation. We’d love to have you back once we’ve resolved this issue, and we’ll make sure to keep you updated on our progress. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to welcome you back in the future!
