3 chambres / 3 salles de bain, condominium récemment rénové de 1385 pieds carrés situé à 1000 pieds verticales au-dessus de la rue principale de Breckenridge. Il y a un arrêt gratuit Summit Stage sur le parking et un garage pour une voiture avec un parking gratuit supplémentaire.

Ce condo mis à jour a un mur entier de fenêtres qui encadrent la vue imprenable sur la montagne. Il dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils, d'un salon confortable avec une cheminée à gaz et d'une grande télévision à écran plat avec câble. Il y a trois autres téléviseurs à écran plat avec câble dans chaque chambre. L'accès Internet haut débit, une laveuse / sécheuse intégrée, l'accès à un gril à gaz et un bain à remous intérieur partagé sont également inclus. Il y a un lit Queen dans la première chambre, un lit Queen dans la deuxième chambre, un lit superposé Captain dans la troisième chambre et un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon.

We loved our stay at Goldpoint! The condo was perfectly clean when we arrived. The view was amazing and the location was perfect being only a 10 minute drive from the Breck Connect gondola. I also was impressed by how well the kitchen was stocked with cookware. I liked the fact there was no rooms with bunk beds as our group was all adults. Would stay here again!!!

The place was amazing however communication was not. The gentleman from peak property management was extremely rude when he called and I had no communication about the remanning payment, it was just pulled from my account. I wish I could leave a better review because we really did enjoy the place, just not the interactions we had with the property management people.

I'm sorry I came off as rude. I was just surprised that you went directly to the property and did not check-in at our office (we had sent 6 texts and emails with instructions). We also sent confirmations regarding the deposit dates and amounts. Although our system sends a payment confirmation, we should consider advance notice of upcoming payments. I'm glad you enjoyed the beautiful accommodations and hope you will visit us again soon.

Overall the place was great. Amazing views, size and location was perfect. A few overall cleaning tools were needed (sponge, cleaning spray, laundry detergent) and we had a minor drain problem the first day but overall we were happy with it.

Loved our stay with a super easy check in and check out. Next time, we would love a few more towels for the hot tub, a window that opens in the upstairs bedroom to enjoy the nighttime mountain air and a couple sponges in the kitchen for easy clean ups.

I plan to stay here again next time I’m in Breck. The condo was very comfortable, had plenty of room for our group of 8 and was just 10 minutes from downtown. Mike was very helpful and accommodating.

Amazing views and location.

The condo was spacious and well appointed. The location and views were amazing. Unfortunately, the hot tub was under maintenance and we could not use it until the last day of our stay. Spoke to management about it and they were wonderful to deal with. I would recommend this condo to anyone interested in staying in the Breckenridge area. I can’t wait to visit again.

Great views! Don’t rent a suburban, because it won’t fit in the garage. Next time I will make sure and get the top floor. The people above us walked around all night and the floors are super creaky and we could hear their music.

I'm sorry the neighbors were bothering you this time. We probably could have done something about the music. That is a pretty large single car garage so it is surprising the car did not fit. I will measure it to be able to advise our next guest.
