Incredible views and beautiful home

The view alone is worth the stay, but it's also a gorgeously renovated home in a great location and near a cool beach town. Communicating with the owner was a breeze and the house had everything that we needed. Only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

The most stunning home with an unforgettable view

The house is absolutely beautiful! Beyond clean. The house had everything you would need! The views of the ocean were stunning! The location is perfect close to restaurants and stores! I can’t wait to have another stay there! The host and owner were delightful to communicate with and beyond helpful!

Location, location, location

For starters, nothing can be beat this superb condo's location overlooking the ocean and bluffs, with the sound of the waves breaking as an added audio backdrop. Beyond that, everything about this this VRBO accommodation was first rate--from the up-to-date and fully equipped kitchen to the hosts' attention to detail and responsiveness to any question or concern. We're eager to visit again!

Oceanfront Dream House

Perfection is the only word to describe this home! I rent on a regular in the area and this is hands down the most beautiful interior and the gorgeous views 24/7 are so good for the soul. Overlooking the ocean where my son surfs was beyond! Thank you so much for all the attention to detail and your excellent communication throughout our time in Leucadia!

Relaxing Babymoon

We had a great stay here on our Babymoon! The rental is very well kept and clean, with everything we needed for a short stay. We enjoyed watching surfers from the giant windows in the unit. Having a dedicated parking space here was also essential, since it appeared to be hard to come by with the beach access nearby. It is more of a surfer beach than a beach you can walk/lounge on though, since it’s rocky. There were a few sandier beaches nearby to go to. Overall, we would recommend!

Amazing property, view and location

Everything exceeded our expectations. The house was even larger and more beautiful than we expected even from the gorgeous photos! The owner communicated very well with us along with having a detailed guest book with everything that we needed to know. He was attentive to our needs with an immediate response. Needless to say - the view was over the top. We HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone.

4 day Weekend

The property was awesome. Beth was very responsive and accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. 2 days of sunshine and 2 days of rain, we still had the best front row seat all weekend to Grandview surf beach! The property has amazing views and was perfect for our stay in SoCal. Loved Encinitas and Leucadia and we would love to come back and stay again. Thank you Beth and Serge for allowing us to stay. Lovely home with incomparable ocean views

This contemporary beach house on the Grandview surfing beach provided a gorgeous setting for our small family reunion. The waves were mesmerizing and a constant backdrop viewable from nearly every room. The large kitchen was superb and well-equipped a huge center island that became an informal gathering place for our party of two couples. We had difficulty regulating the temperature of the home’s HVAC system, but that was the only imperfection in our otherwise wonderful stay in Encinitas.

Tranquility & Relaxation is an Understatement

We stayed 4 days in this spectacular Home that is centrally located to all the restaurants, shopping & beaches has to offer. The Ocean views and well appointed Interior Designs made this trip a very special one. Great For Families or Just a quick get away. There was extraordinary customer service we received from the Hosts. They were positively marvelous. I have never met anyone who wanted the people who were staying to feel more at home. They are "ultra supra" hosts and we will definitely come back for many years to come."

Fantastic!

I was afraid it was too good to be true but it wasn’t. It was exactly as advertised. The place is gorgeous and the view is incredible. Didn’t want to leave to go anywhere because we didn’t want to leave the view! The house is also well stocked. There was nothing we needed that it didn’t have. We are already talking about when we can return!

Just Gorgeous!

We’ve stayed in homes up and down North County San Diego for the past 10 years, this was hands down our favorite! First, that ocean view was amazing. But the backdrop of the beautifully and tastefully decorated and renovated home was our favorite. No detail was left out. I did miss having a bath tub for a week but that was the only small complaint. The location was perfection and my husband loving being able to surf every morning with the provided wet suits and boards. Thank you for such a beautiful and wonderful family vacation!

Breathtaking grand view beach house

We celebrated birthdays and my son's graduation here and our thoughtful host welcomed us with Happy Birthday decor and a graduation cake on the counter :) The house is amazing, we love the spaciousness, the high ceilings, tons of windows for natural light, and the amazing views! I love the design aesthetic throughout the space, everything is clean & organized and they don't skimp on quality toiletries, linens, comfortable beds, & couches like most rentals do - they even let us use their chairs, boards, & wet suits for the beach and we always felt safe & secure. Beth is friendly, proactive, and responsive - I appreciate that she makes you feel welcome & that this place really feels like home. It was amazing to wake up to these views, thank you Serge for sharing your awe-inspiring home, we had the most memorable experience celebrating together as a family here and hope we get to come back again!

A Memorable Stay at an Amazing Beach House in Grandview Encinitas!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Grandview beach house, and it was an experience we’ll cherish forever! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking ocean views and the beauty of the property. The house itself was immaculate and beautifully designed, providing all the comforts and amenities we could ask for; from bikes, surfboards, ping pong and top Weber Grill. It truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. The attention to detail in every aspect of the house was impressive, and we appreciated the little touches that made our stay extra special. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the near by beach access. We loved waking up to the sound of waves crashing and taking leisurely strolls on the sandy shores. The sunsets were simply mesmerizing, and we found ourselves spending evenings on the balcony, enjoying the breathtaking views. The location was also perfect, with nearby attractions and restaurants within easy reach. Yet, the serene and peaceful ambiance of the beach house allowed us to relax and unwind completely. The owners were fantastic to deal with – responsive, accommodating, and genuinely caring about our comfort during our stay. In conclusion, our time at this beach house was nothing short of magical. If you’re looking for a dream beach getaway in Encinitas, we highly recommend this property. We can’t wait to return and create more beautiful memories. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Love at first sight 🤩

My wife and I were looking for a long weekend in Encinitas and fell in love with the listing online. Though I was afraid my expectations were slightly too high going in, we were confident (based on the easy / regular communication) the week would go well. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left, we cherished every moment staying in this property. We felt at home immediately, and the views were absolutely stunning. The place was spotless, the accommodations were no different than if you were at your own home (well equipped kitchen, bathroom, furnishings etc..), the beds were extremely comfortable, and the modern renovation looks EVEN better in person. Communication with Beth and Serge was seamless. They accommodated every request and our flight schedule. As someone who has stayed at a number of vacation rentals, it can feel like there’s always something out of place..either the accommodations leave something lacking, the communication with the host is difficult, or the listing isn’t exactly as represented. Our stay was a 10 out of 10 on every level, leaving nothing to be desired. THANK YOU to the hosts for inviting us and making our trip so incredible. Anyone looking for stunning views, beach living, modern spaces, and the best hosts you could ask for, book this trip now! We will be back in less than 2 months and I’m already looking forward to it!
