Cette maison récemment rénovée est proche de la plage, des restaurants et la vie nocturne. Il est trÚs propre, privé et a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Le garage stocke les vélos inclus et des engins de plage, vous aurez besoin de garer votre voiture et de devenir l'un des habitants.

La plage, le centre-ville Encinitas, gare, aliments complets, marché de producteurs (dimanche et mercredi) sont à une courte promenade à pied ou à vélo loin.

Vous aurez accÚs à tout l'appartement, terrasse à l'étage, terrasse en bas et 1 garage. Il ya également un parking gratuit dans la rue à la fin de l'allée. Le parking est premier arrivé premier servi. L'appartement est au deuxiÚme étage, un escalier.

Pour les longs séjours, nous pouvons exiger un nettoyage tous les 10 jours à un taux réduit.

Accommodations were just what we needed for Christmas visit to Encinitas. Two bedrooms in a nice location. Clean and well supplied kitchen with everything needed.

Nice July 4th getaway

The location is a little hidden the parking is very tight, the host was correct you can park on the street and walk up. At night you can hear the train but it wasn’t too bad. The house was equipped with everything thank you for the coffee and creamer. The amount of towels were plentiful the beds comfortable it was perfect for us. The outside patio barbecue area looked small but the host had a bigger table in the garage and so much stuff for the beach it was awesome. Only draw back it was upstairs and I have a few suggestions for the host maybe touch up areas with fresh pant

Ideal Location for Beach Getaway

We stayed for 4 nights. Couldn't have been happier with the location. Easy walk to the beach, stores, restaurants and most important, ice cream. Place was clean and well stocked (we cooked in one night). Overall, we definitely would recommend.

Awesome Encinitas Stay!

Clean and well-stocked unit in a convenient location with everything you need to enjoy a beach stay! After a few days in a hotel, it was a perfect place to stretch out, cook a few meals, and use as a home base for a few days of soccer tournament and beach activities. It's a short walk to Moonlight Beach and a quick drive to anywhere from Carlsbad to Del Mar. Garage with great beach gear, laundry, and a place to park smaller (inside) or larger vehicles (in front of the garage). Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great location with lots of beach stuff

Perfect size and location for a family of 4. Loved all the chairs, towels, umbrella for the beach. A few stains on the carpet and comforter. Couldn’t adjust fan speeds in bedrooms. Apt had everything we needed. We had a great stay.

Not what we expected

Check in information was provided 30 minutes after check-in time. We had to reach VBRO to contact owner because they were not returning our calls or messages. After we got into property we noted ants in kitchen and living room. Large amounts - we sent the owner a video and the response was something like ants come out once a year?! The front door would not lock/unlock the first time we tried leaving the property. We had to call the owner again. The description said nothing about the train being so close to the property. The property is dated and the floor and baseboards look dirty. This was not a pleasant stay. We have used VBRO before but this was not a good experience

Very Nice Stay

Accurately described and well equipped. Although within walking distance of Moonlight Beach, you have to walk a good distance down Vulcan Avenue to a light to get around the railroad tracks, which is not the most pleasant walk. Still, a good location.l

Fantastic work from the beach

I stayed here for 10 days to work remotely while exploring north San Diego county. Great spot, great location, wifi was fantastic, and surfboard in the garage made jumping in the waves super easy. Will stay again.

Wonderful!

We must say, it was a wonderful mini vacation staying here. The only minor issue was not receiving the information to enter the premises. I believe it’s the app. However, Nicole responded quickly and we had no problem after that. The property was clean and supplied!! Everything you needed for the beach was at our disposal. We were about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Lots of places to eat and visit if you wanted to explore. There are train tracks about 100 yards from you but it’s only passenger trains that go by. Quick and quiet, they are not bothersome at night. There is also a really nice park 5 minutes walking down the street. If you grow tired of the sand in your suits :) you can spend time there. We really loved our stay and would have no problem booking here again. Nicole, thank you for a wonderful and restful stay!

Nice spot for a week

Clean well equipped as advertised. Close to the train but they are short and not very loud. Garage with lots of beach gear and good airflow through the upstairs unit. About 15-20 minute walk to beautiful beach and Encinitas has nice beaches, surf breaks and restaraunts.

Even better than pictured

Perfectly sized and laid out for our family of 4. Bright and cozy apartment in a fantastic location. Our 2 year old loved watching the trains go by from the windows.

Great Vacation Spot

What a great location. The place was perfect size for our family to spend a few days in. There was some miscommunication with getting the place cleaned before we arrived, but the host made sure to get get everything cleaned promptly. Communication with the host was very easy. I would definitely stay here sgain

nice little get away

We stayed while having work done on our house- was a cozy little place in walking distance to coffee and dining. The place was clean and comfy. My husband works from home and Internet was spotty but otherwise great stay!
