Excellent location with a very short walk to the beach. The heated pool was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property. Perfect area for our family and views were almost like being ocean front. We spent a lot of time on front porch seeing dolphins every day. Backyard was great with pool and sand area for little ones. So many refrigerators and large TVs throughout the house. Kerry our host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Walk to beach was just steps away. We had the best time!

Gorgeous home and view

Unobstructed view of the ocean. Very well stocked house. Plenty of room and lots of bathrooms. We loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Our families enjoyed this property very much. Decorated beautifully and had all the bells and whistles. We had ages 2-70 and it was comfortable for everyone.

Fantastic Family Vacay!

We had a fabulous week at POSH! One of the cleanest, well-equipped, & fun beach houses for large families in which we have ever stayed! Close beach access & the balconies offered comfortable seating w/ views of the ocean! Loved Oak Island & its beaches! ❀

Family trip

Property manager Kerry was very helpful and addressed any concerns quickly. Wonderful stay and bed in Octopus room was very comfortable. Beach access is very close and so nice to have an outdoor shower to rinse off. All 17 family members ages 10-78 years old had a great time!

Beautiful Home & Location

Beautiful property and layout of the home was perfect! Location is spot on with just a walk across the road to the beach! Pool was perfect with tons of toys for kids to play with. Kerry was super responsive with any questions we had arise. Would definitely recommend this rental to large groups!

Beach Trip

The home was perfect and we hope to come again next Fall. The house was beautiful, with a well-stocked kitchen, lots of beach essentials provided in storage area, perfect seating inside, near the pool and outside on porches. The house had many great views and the close beach access was fantastic! Two refrigerators and dishwashers made cooking and clean up easy! Host was very knowledgeable and responded quickly to questions. Great vacation spot for large families!

Wonderful

Easy access to beach- great location! The house had everything we needed and the bedroom set up worked well for our family. Since we had young children, the sandy area near the pool made the pool deck hard to keep clean and keep the kids from tracking in sand to the house. Overall would highly recommend!

Memories for a lifetime

We had a party of 11 that came from different parts of the country. We stayed a week, and had an amazing time! The private beach was so convenient. The host put a lot of time in the details, and it showed! The pictures and descriptions were exactly what was experienced! Family Christmas Gathering

I rented this property to host family for Christmas. I can honestly give this property a 5 star review. From the property itself, down to the communication with the property owner, everything was seamless. Property owner went out of her way to ensure my family had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Plenty of space, very modern decor and great location. If you rent this property you won’t be disappointed.

Bachelorette weekend perfection

Our bride wanted a low key, small town beach feel for her bachelorette and Oak Island was the most perfect place. We had 12 girls and Kerry’s place was absolutely PERFECT for us. Steps from the beach and an access point made it super easy to come and go as we needed! The pool at the house was perfect when we wanted a break from the beach. Her checkin/checkout processes, communication, and kindness was absolutely incredible. She was so responsive and so helpful - even to the point where I was having trouble getting hold of a local restaurant to make a dinner reservation and she offered to make it for me. The house had more amenities than most like kcups for coffee, toilet paper, dish soap, beach towels, etc. It’s truly perfect for a large group of family or friends! We loved our stay there and the next time I have a big group for a beach vacation, we will be back!

Great stay with a group of friends. Four king bedrooms was a bonus. Comfy and cozy seating area in the living room area. It was a stormy weekend, so we didn't get to use the outdoor amenities, but the pool area looked super fun.

POSH is located directly across from the 11th Street public beach access. Wake up to ocean views in the huge front living room. Hunt for shells and watch the sun rise over the fishing pier. Take a dip in the heated pool, then relax on one of 4 balconies.
The area is popular with families in the summer & even more magical in the winter, when you can have the entire beach to yourself.

This home was built for extended families to enjoy.
The great room -- which is on the top floor for the best ocean views -- is large enough for everyone to dine together. Same thing for the backyard/pool area, which is designed for gathering. And with 4 private decks, a second living room/kitchenette, and generous bedrooms, there are also plenty of private areas to get away when you need some space to relax.
