Located in the historic and emerging downtown Lynchburg, this classic 3 story building has been completely remodeled and is ready to impress anyone who walks through the door. Within walking distance of many restaurants and Lynchburg downtown night life.
The space
This spacious walk up apartment has been completely remodeled. Exposed brick classic building charm combined with sleek modern updates and stylish contemporary furnishings will make you feel right at home. 2 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with one en-suite bedroom. Open living, dining and kitchen combined to allow for relaxing interacting for all guests in the same living space, while the 2 bedrooms allow for complete separation and privacy. Older building charm and modern upgrades work together to create an uniquely amazing space.
Guest access
You will have full access to the entire apartment. No shared spaces.
Other things to note
We do not allow pets. Bringing a pet will result in immediate eviction.

No smoking. We ask that guests do not smoke on the steps or within 20 ft. of the building.

No gatherings, events, or parties. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment unless special permission is arranged prior to your stay.

Please be a good neighbor and observe quiet hours after 10pm.

Perfect midway stay

We loved staying here. After driving 9 hours it was perfect. We didn’t have to get back in the car because the restaurant on the first floor was amazing, good food, expansive menu. We will be back someday to explore all that Lynchburg has to offer.

Charming Stay!

My family and I spent a few days in Lynchburg and we were very happy with our choice of location. This spot was in a great spot for us to experience some great food and some spots that we felt seemed quintessential Lynchburg. The apartment and amenities were wholly adequate, the space was very clean and we had a fantastic time. All of the instructions were clear, thorough, and accurate. Great stay, charming spot, charming town!

Stayed two nights. Great location. Clean and spacious . Extra items included were a plus; paper products, dish detergent, hand soap, and bathing toiletries. Adding additional towel racks would be nice. Parking is designated but someone took our spot. Messaged owner twice, would’ve appreciated faster response time. Binder provided lots of info about rental/area, but check out info was missing.

There is black mold from the HVAC system on the hallway walls. I had booked for 3 nights and only stayed for one because I could not breathe due to allergies. The host was non-responsive through the VRBO app and even to VRBO staff. The phone numbers in the host book were outdated (no affiliation to the host). I was unable to make contact. The windows were filthy. Clearly, a slum landlord who did a slapstick job on the unit. Do not stay here!

Needs towel racks and need some kind of chest of drawers.

Obviously older building but nice job of updating the interior. We had a lot of luggage so being on the 3rd floor made it difficult with heavy pieces. All in all good amenities and walkabilitu.

property was in the perfect location for us. didn't realize we needed to adjust the hvac settings; it was set to "fan/ on" instead of auto. so we listened to the hvac, that was in our closet, all night... other than my wife and myself in the king bedroom not getting much sleep, it's a nice place.

Great Stay in Lynchburg

The apartment is part of an older building so my first fear was that there would be a terribly musty smell, but there was none at all! The apartment has been modernized with many lovely details! I loved the fact that the tile in the shower in the master bath AND the bathtub in the 2nd bath had tile work that sent all the way to the ceiling! The kitchen was modernized with a beautiful hood over the stove and a white tile backsplash. I loved the large shower heads, the essential oils diffuser, the slam-proof doors, washer and dryer, and very comfortable bed with extra blankets. Chic furnishings and decorations as well! Located downtown in a convenient easy-to-find location! I only wish we could have stayed longer! We had an issue with the internet but the host solved our problem for us within the hour! One thing to note: You have to climb a large metal staircase to access the apartment, so if you have mobility issues this might be a problem.
