Welcome to our quaint and unique 1940s cottage! With our vibrant interior, refreshing pool and hot tub, and cozy bedrooms, you`ll never want to leave! Located in the heart of Lynchburg in walking distance to Lynchburg University, 10 minutes to Liberty, and 45 minutes to gorgeous hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Enjoy an afternoon by the pool, a sunset hike, and an evening soak in the hot tub to end your day of adventure. Perfect for couples, families, or even a group of friends!

You have access to the whole home, backyard, hot tub, and pool (likely will be open from the end of April through September - please reach out for details).

This is a pet-friendly property, the fee is $150 per pet. Up to two pets allowed.

**The backyard is fully fenced but there are some gaps in the fence. If your dog is small and tries to escape the backyard, it may be able to fit through the gaps.**
