Perched on a hill in a neighborhood of cool historic homes sits this brand new, modern home we call the Lookout. It's the kind of tiny home you won't hit your head in and you'll love the views!

UPSTAIRS LOFT:

(8 ft ceiling on one side of room and down to around 5' over the bed)

PARKING: There's parking for 2 vehicles on a gravel driveway in front of the house.

HEATING/AIR:

-ductless mini split unit with remote

STAIRS: The stairs to the loft are steep and without backs, so we urge guests to use caution. Anyone with mobility issues should use the downstairs queen bedroom.

You'll be able to check into the house with a personalized code anytime after check in until 10pm. We live in the neighborhood and are available to you should a need arise, but want you to enjoy your time away.

Please make sure we're a good fit!

1. NO SMOKING OR VAPING. You must be at least 25 ft away from the home and please dispose of all trash. We will impose an additional charge if our cleaning staff smells smoke after your stay.

2. NO EVENTS, GATHERINGS, OR PARTIES. No outside guests are allowed on the property without the permission of the hosts. We reserve this space for our confirmed, overnight guests.

3. NO pets. While we love fur babies, we are firm on this policy.

4. Quiet hours after 10pm for the neighbors, please.

5. Please FOLLOW CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS in the Guest Manual before departing.
