The Space:

KITCHEN: Full Kitchen supplied with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Appliances include a stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee pot, and blender.

DINING: Table seating for 4 with an extra chair and leaf. Bar seating allows for 2 more.

LIVING ROOM: Open-concept living room allowing you to interact with people in the kitchen or dining room. Roku TV for streaming apps.

ROOMS: Our cozy home has 3 rooms (2 queen bedrooms and 1 single over full bunk room). ceiling fans, bedside lamps, area rugs and memory foam mattresses.

BATHROOM: Sink, toilet, tub/shower combo

BACK PATIO: Side door leading down to our back patio with a 5-person hot tub. Plenty of outdoor seating including an eating area. Complete with a fire pit, BBQ (limited, propane supplied) grill and hanging lights.

PARKING: Personal driveway that fits 2 vehicles. Additional parking along the front yard is permitted.

Things To Know:

SUPPLIES: We provide basic supplies that should last your stay (trash bags, dish soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner). Supplies will not be refilled if you run out.

FIREPIT: We have supplied enough firewood (under the fire pit) for you to enjoy your first fire.

WASHER AND DRYER: There is a unit available for your use. It is located in the master bedroom closet.

Guests are allowed access to the entire main level of the house and back patio. The basement may not be accessed by guests.

Please note we have a no-smoking policy in the house. we do however allow smoking outside on the back patio. Please use the ashtrays provided.

House Rules -

-No smoking, vaping or cannabis use inside the house. Please use designated smoking area outside on back patio and use the ashtrays provided. Smoking inside will result in a $250 fine.

-No unregistered guests. Please notify the host if you'd like to add additional guests to your rental agreement.

-No Parties or large gatherings of unregistered guests. Drug use and excessive drinking are strictly prohibited.

-Please no pets on the property at any time. Service Animals are welcome but must leave when you leave or be crated. All Service Animals must be obedience trained and housebroken.

-Please no excessive noise, music or rowdy behaviour.

-Please report any damage or malfunction to the host right away so that we can repair or replace damaged items.

-Please do not leave fire unattanded. Make sure fire is completely extinguished and covered with metal cap prior to going in for the night.

-Please follow Hot tub guide.
-No food or drinks in hot tub.
-No children under 10 permitted in hot tub.
children over 10 are permitted with adult supervision.
-Please do not sit on or put anything on the hot tub cover. Replace and completely lock the cover when not in use. Damage to cover caused by neglect or misuse will result in a fee.
-Maximum capacity at any given time is no more than 5 people.
-Please only wear swimwear into the hot tub. Do not wear clothing and be sure to remove all jewelry.
-To prevent harm to pregnancy, no pregnant women are permitted to use the hot tub. Likewise, no one with heart issues is permitted to use the hot tub.


-Any damage due to a disregard for the posted rules, a misuse of the property or unruly behavior will result in at least a $250 fine. Fines may be more depending on damage done.

We have the right to charge guests for any damage to household items or hot tub.

Unauthorized late checkout will result in a $75 charge.

By reserving your stay you accept all terms and agree to all rules and will pay upon host request if any damage has been done to home or hot tub.
