At the Foot of the New Brooks Bridge taking you to okaloosa island and gulf of mexico beaches. A stones throw away from Publix, Waffle House, and beach liquors. This modernized Cottage will be your favorite place to stay in Florida! You can also rent the BIG ROOM and the SUITE located on the same property for an unforgettable time!

Birthday trip

Great little cottage with everything we needed! Directly behind Publix so that was a plus. At the bridge so easy access to everything! We will definitely be back!

Incredible location

Amazing location 10 minute walk from beach front restaurants and bars fort Walton beach shops. Right across the street from a Waffle House / Publix / and liquor store. Will be back

Cozy

This place is in an ideal spot. I came for work this time around. Next time my fiancé and I are going to come and bring our jetskis. PLENTY of room for a truck and trailer. Great stay!

Had a work trip and ended up traveling with my mom and dog. Opted to stay at Frannys Florida cottage in lieu of a hotel and was a good choice. We truly enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfortable and adorable! Also loved the fenced in back area with the porch swing. Creates a private little area to sit and chil outside. Will stay there again if I ever find myself in the Fort Walton Beach area again.

Great location and close to everything. Good size for a couple and very pet friendly Cute outside area with a swing and an outside shower. The only negative feedback we had was the outside lights are very bright and the bed was not great for back support.

Cute cottage!

Perfect little property for myself and my dog who came to the beach! Amazing little courtyard and close to everything! Very clean and well stocked!! Literally the perfect trip! Host was awesome with commication!

My mom, pup and I stay at frannys cottage, we were blown away the moment we walked inside, the backyard is just so beautiful and peaceful, we missed it the moment we pulled out of the drive way to come back home. Will definitely be back

Loved it!!

The cottage was so nice! We brought the boat and launched right down the road, took maybe 15 minutes to get out to Crab Island from there. Loved that there was an outside shower to rinse off the salt water. The Publix being right next door was a major plus too. Would most definitely recommend this cute little place to anyone wanting to stay close to Destin.

First time to florida

We were extremely happy with our stay in frannys fun cottage. After exploring the area in the hot sun it was nice to come back to relax in a nice air conditioned cottage. Property manager even gave us some ideas on place to eat and a gift card to their favorite place in the area! Could not be any happier with our visit. Will definately be back!!!
