Located on a beautifully wooded lot, this home is perfect for a one-of-a-kind vacation with your family, friends, and even your dogs! With a hiking and snowshoeing trail just outside your front door, this home is an outdoors lover's delight. Conveniently situated near Gunstock Mountain Resort and Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion, you will not fall short of things to do.

This home features a spacious living area with cathedral ceilings, exposed wood beams, a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube TV, and inviting furniture. The kitchen has been appointed with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and utensils needed to whip up everything that comes to the chef's mind. Surprise your guests with delicious grilled treats using the gas grill available. Additional amenities that will make your stay unforgettable include, an on-site washer/dryer, and a 220V 35 Amp outlet for portable EV chargers allowing you to charge directly from your home! Ellacoya State Park is nearby and charges by the carload, as well as Weirs Beach. In addition to Camping, scenic lift rides, zipline tours, shopping, fishing, hiking, skiing, nordic skiing, snow tubing, snow shoeing.

THINGS TO KNOW
PLEASE READ: Motorcycles, RVs, Boats, Trailers are prohibited by the HOA and fines of $500 will be assessed for any violators.
Guests need to provide their own charging cord to use the EV chargers.
Due to an allergy in the family, the homeowner politely requests that no dogs are allowed in the twin bedroom in order to keep one allergy-free sleeping area.
This property is managed by Vacasa New Hampshire LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Perfect home

I love everything about this comfortable, spotless, secluded and private well maintained home. It had everything I needed to enjoy my vacation, especially the well-equipped kitchen that allowed me to cook meals every day because of my extensive food allergies. I lived in the area for 30 years and moved away and return every few years to visit family and friends and this home has it all. Furniture and bedding was very comfortable and the gas fireplace was an added bonus to take the chill off on cool evenings. Thank you to the owner for sharing this lovely home.

One of the better VRBO rentals

This house is very nice. It was clean upon our arrival. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. We enjoyed the soaking tub. Beds are decent but the queen is pretty small if you are used to a king size. Everything is carpet so we were shocking each other a lot! Gas fireplace was lovely. Location is quite nice, close yet secluded. Couches were comfortable. Leather is always best especially for a rental. The only cons are the back porch was solid ice and had never been shoveled. There was a rolled up and bagged down blanket I was going to use to soften one of the twin beds but it had dried blood on it. You would not have known unless you went to use it. I text the property management and they brought over a blanket and mattress cover that day. I would rent this house again.

Very comfortable

Super location: feel of total privacy with a woodsy view yet convenient to all- within 10 minutes of big grocery stores, major hiking trails, lake etc. House is spotless, kitchen has everything you can imagine (and in abundance), beds are comfy. Would come back again in a heartbeat.

Very Comfortable

Relaxing summer stay

My husband, 2 year-old daughter and I stayed at the property for a week in June. The house was clean, very quiet, felt secluded (even though there are neighbors nearby), relaxing, exactly as described. The house had everything we needed. We had family staying at a house on the lake, so it was a quick 10-min drive down to visit with beautiful views on the way. We had a great time and would stay again.

My Wife son and I had a great time at this beautiful home. It was very clean and spacious. The Kitchen was set up very well with lots of room for 2 people to cook at the same time. We look forward to going back in the summer to enjoy this wonderfull home
