Chalet au bord du lac avec terrasse privée et espace quai, faisant partie d'une association de condos avec vue panoramique. 2 plages tranquilles, pelouse verte tentaculaire avec volley-ball et chaussures de cheval. Deux quais et trois ponts ombragés silencieux. Cottage a 3 chambres et 2 bains. Wi-Fi gratuit, télévision par câble, cuisine complète avec lave-vaisselle et laveuse / sécheuse. Bord de l'eau pour la baignade, la pêche ou la navigation de plaisance. À quelques minutes de Weirs Beach et de Gunstock Mountain pour la randonnée et les tyroliennes.

This cottage was perfect! The views from the deck are great and it is a bit more private than some of the other cottages in the complex. Love the addition of the air conditioning and the washer/dryer. We had no issues at all when here and will definitely return!

Beautiful location! Fully equipped cottage in family friendly area.

We will gladly return to this house. It is the perfect lakeside cottage. On site decks for picnicking and relaxing, small playground and horseshoes were very nice extras.

We had a wonderful stay at this lakefront cabin on Lake Winnipesaukee. The unit was spotless and very well-kept, and the grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything while still feeling peaceful and private. Check-in was quick and easy, and communication with the property managers was excellent. We would definitely stay here again! (The ONLY complaint is the photos online do NOT justify how pretty the cabin / property actually is including layout !)

Wonderful week long getaway!

This home was perfect for our family of 4 (kids ages 9 and 6). Our kids loved fishing off the dock (bring worms!) and swimming out to the floating platform. Location was perfect, about a 10 minute drive to Weirs Beach and restaurants. We hope to return in the future!

Great weekend

I’ve been staying at this cottage association for 30+ years! The cottage was perfect for our early fall get away and we only had to walk steps to take our kayaks out on the lake! Clean and had everything we needed. Plus was very close to our concert venue! We can’t wait to go back!

Lake cottage

We had a great stay. The cottage is very close to the water in relation to the other cottages. Very clean and great location. My only complaint would be no air conditioning which shouldn’t be an issue except we had unseasonably hot and humid days the week we were there.

Yes normally it’s not as hot as it’s been and we recently lost a tree behind to cottage that kept us in the shade. But as part of our planned capital improvements we are actually waiting on call backs from HVAC companies to see what our options are. (Hot this week too as we are here )

Thank you for your feedback. We will have to check the mat in the master bath. It is interesting regarding your other comments we will check them but you were the first seasonal guests and everything had been through the dishwasher a matter of routine

We were very pleased with our stay on Dockham Shore Rd. We usually stay at another property in the vicinity of The Lake for the past 9 years for Labor Day Weekend.. the cost of the previous property had steadily increased over the past 5 years. We decided to search for an alternative location.. we found this condo on VRBO and could not be happier with the result! The location and lake views are awesome! The community is very friendly and quiet. The property itself was very clean and comfortable for 2 couples with each having our own bathroom which was a plus. The check in process was very seamless..we had a wonderful time! We will definitely stay at this property again!

One of the most relaxing vacations

This by far was beyond our expectations, the cottage was over the top. Everything went smoothly, prestine, very enjoyable. Definitely going back next year. Views beyond spectacular, from sunrise to sunset. Perfect location, near everything - No negatives at all!!!! Wonderful place... Thank you again for letting us have our vacation there.

Short Laconia adventure

Fantastic rental! Fabulous hosts! Only issue was a few bugs, that said it is a lakeside cabin rental. Decent for 6 people. Never had the feeling of walking on each other. Decently spacious. Beautiful views and very conveniently located!
