Si votre un lÚve-tÎt, vous pouvez profiter du beau lever de soleil sur le pont de verre lambrissée avec vue sur le lac, vue sur la montagne aussi loin que vos yeux peuvent voir et la nuit, vous pouvez regarder des couchers de soleil depuis le balcon de l'autre cÎté de la maison. Si votre étoile en regardant les étoiles sont incroyables. Vous pourrez cuisiner dans, sur le gril ou sur la ville à un certain nombre d'établissements de restauration locaux. La maison peut accueillir 8 adultes confortablement avec trois chambres à coucher avec lits queen. Le salon et les parties communes sont meublées avec des canapés en cuir confortables, des chaises, avec une table, des tables d'extrémité et une télévision pour les invités de visualisation plaisir. Le verre fulminé pont a une fosse et des chaises pour les invités le feu pour se reposer et profiter de la vue à couper le souffle aprÚs la navigation de plaisance, la natation, la voile, la randonnée, la course, le ski, le tourisme ou le shopping. Un court trajet loin de Gunstock Mountain avec les activités de l'année et de la plage Gilford pour le plaisir au bord du lac. Il y a quelque chose pour tout le monde!

We loved our stay! The home has an amazing view of the lake — it’s the kind of view you can enjoy for hours. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the deck chairs were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever used — perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery.The fire pit was a great bonus and made for cozy evenings by the lake. The location couldn’t have been better — peaceful, beautiful, and close to everything we needed. The host was very nice, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made our stay even more enjoyable.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily come back again!

Fantastic property, great location, million dollar views, deck with top end seating & fire table, pool room and adjoining tv/entertainment room. There are 3 good size bedrooms along with a great kitchen, dining area & living room with comfortable seating and a large smart tv. Check in and departure were seamless. Highly recommend.

Great Lake Winnipeasaukee House

FABULOUS property for our family of 5 - plenty of space for everyone without being on top of each other constantly. Easy access to many different attractions, restaurants, etc. Absolutely beautiful sunrises from the deck. And of course, as many have said, Sean is wonderful with communication and making sure the trip is great.

Fantastic property. Even if it didn't have one of the best views in NH, it would have been perfect for the 8 of us. Clean, well maintained and all you need for a relaxing vacation. Great central location for all the lake has to offer

One of our favorites!

This was our second time staying at this property. The house is family friendly and we like the three different levels. Gorgeous views of the lake. Sunrises are spectacular. Lots of outdoor activities to keep everyone happy!

Perfect Location

Our group had a wonderful stay in Gilford. The house was clean and comfortable with amazing views from both decks. The house was perfect for three couples. Sean was easy to deal with, great with communication, and stopped by to make sure everything was okay. We hope to make a return visit soon!

Amazing long weekend

Perfect location for my family if 5! Ski area minutes away. Wonderful restaurant right down the road. And the view!!! Absolutely stunning! The house was the perfect size for us and couldn’t have been any cleaner! Sean was great to rent from! We will definitely be back again! Thank you!!

Unforgettable

A very clean home with nice amenities. A gorgeous view of the lake and the surrounding White Mountains, surreal. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and using the outside fireplace for ambiance. We loved the pool table. Overall the accommodations were very classy.

Amazing views!

The house exceeded our expectations. You get amazing sunrises in the morning coming over the lake and great sunsets behind Gunstock. Sean is a great host, came over to make sure we were all set and gave us a tour of the house. Perfect location to the mountain, and a stunning view of the lake. Looking forward to coming back soon.

I started coming to the Gilford area with my family in 2010 and enjoyed it so much that we purchased our vacation home in 2012.In 2014 I had the opportunity to purchase a second home and ran with it so others could enjoy what we enjoy. The main reason I enjoy coming up to Winnipesaukee is the way it recharges my battery whether it be for one week or just a couples days. I go back to work refreshed and ready for the week.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I chose this property because of the amazing views it has and its great location to everything with it being 1.5 miles from Gunstock which offers skiing,tubing,segway tours,tree top adventure course,ride to the top on a chair lift and if you dare zip lining.If you like beaches there are three within 2 1/2 to 3 miles Gunstock Acres,Elicoya state park and Gilford beach all are on lake Winnipesaukee.Then you have Weirs beach in Laconia which is a 15 minute ride. If you like going to concerts you also have Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion which is hosting some great concerts this summer and is a 7 minute ride from the house. If your anything like me ask yourself this. When you go away do you ask for a room with a view, if so then this is the house for you.Trust me you wont be disappointed.

Being able to get up early and be on the ski slopes in 2 minutes,come home for lunch and go back for some more skiing, ziplining or tubing which is a blast!!!
Grill on the back deck while enjoying the beautiful views of lake Winnipesaukee and sipping your favorite beverage.
This home offers ten to fifteen miles of views of lake Winnipesaukee, mountain views,ski slope views and it also has sunrise and sunset views.
