Good Location

Newer home, cheaply built & furnished. Master bed was unmade upon check-in, contacted property manager who promptly offered to let us stay next door. Unfortunately, next door had one less full bath and we were not offered a reduction in nightly rate. For the price, I expected a higher quality home, a towel bar falling off the wall and a broken pocket door. Liked the location & neighborhood.

Family Reunion

Lovely home to stay at while visiting family. Super close to downtown Wayzata. Very quiet neighborhood. Beds were super comfortable. Frederick responded very quickly whenever we had a question. Would highly recommend.

Great location walkable to Downtown Wayzata

The location is great. The home is new. The appointments and construction is very common for an AIRBB or VRBO. The beds, bedding, pillows, towels are new and acceptable but I wouldn’t call them excellent and luxurious. Bath towels didn’t seem to absorb water when trying to dry off. The air conditioning is excellent. Worked very well during our stay when the weather was 90 degrees. The home was cool and had a pre-fab feel to it. A lot of space and great value for the price.

Beautiful House - Great Location

We were down in the metro for the boys state hockey tournament and the commute was about 25 minutes. Target within 3 miles, off street parking as definitely a must have and was so so nice. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. House was in excellent condition and super clean. Host was super responsive. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Wonderful home in great location.

My kids my husband, my mom and I came to the area for some dr appointments, chose this home because of the location to the ridgedale center, and the size. Check in was very easy! Seems like every-time I rent houses there’s always a hiccup with check in but not here. The house was very spacious which is great with kids. The beds were also super comfortable. One thing I liked was the house was solid, having a baby or kids that’s sleeping in a bedroom, it’s nice to have a house that has floors that don’t creak, doors that close quietly and noise that doesn’t carry to the bedrooms too much. Which was surprising with the high ceilings The master bath was amazing and loved that two bedrooms had comfortable king beds. Home was also located at the end of a safe quiet neighborhood. This was a really good price for the size and location of the house! I was a bit nervous when I initially booked the home there were zero reviews, so I knew it was a new listing. I shared some minor suggestions with the owner, who was a very responsive nice guy to talk with during our stay! Would stay again if ever in the area :)

Modern house in great location

We spent the week of Thanksgiving at this house. It's a perfect house for a family. Tons of room and light. All appliances are brand new. The massive island in the kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals. Beds are very comfortable. Location is fantastic - you can walk to the grocery store and to downtown Wayzata. People in the neighborhood are very friendly, too. They would wave and say "hello" when we walked by. Owner was very responsive via phone, text and e-mail.
