Coastal Soul | Pet Friendly + Fenced in Yard!

Prefer a single-story home? No stairs at Coastal Soul! This single-story home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and will comfortably sleep six people, and up to two pets. There is tile throughout the entire home. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed that has its own private bathroom. In the second bedroom you will find a full-sized bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds and a small flat screen TV. The second bathroom is shared among the two bedrooms.

This home offers a full kitchen with all your basic kitchen necessities. There is a stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Unfortunately, there is not an ice maker in the kitchen. However, Coastal Soul makes up for that by providing a Margarita Machine for your enjoyment! The kitchen, dining room and living room are a nice open area perfect for visiting with friends and family.

Coastal Soul is also a pet friendly vacation rental, so bring your furry family members along with you. We do have a two-pet maximum. The backyard is completely fenced in, so your pet has room to roam! Also, remember to bring your kennel for your pet when you are away from the home.

There is plenty of parking for your boat and boat trailer. So Coastal Soul is the perfect place to stay if you are bringing a boat. Coastal Soul is an off-water home that is located between Rockport, Texas and Port Aransas, Texas in beautiful Aransas Pass, Texas not far from the Conn Harbor Marina and the ferry landing to Port Aransas, Texas. Conn Harbor Marina has several boat ramps for quick and easy access to Estes Flats, Redfish Bay and the InterCoastal waterways. There are also several bait stands that offer a variety of live and dead bait as well as fishing tackle and other fishing necessities you may need before you hit the water for a day full of fishing fun.

Coastal Soul is centrally located between Corpus Christi, Texas, Port Aransas, Texas and Rockport, Texas. This home is near several public boat ramps and great local fishing spots. Aransas Pass has a Super Walmart, Lowe's and an HEB. There is also an awesome public swimming pool and park to visit!

Loved the property for the dogs! They appreciated the back yard. There are ants, spiders and roaches in the house so you may want to have pest control go by and give it a good spray.

Close to the beach, fishing and restaurants. Worked great for my family and two spoiled dogs. The AC worked great as well and had a washer and drier.

Just a short drive to the ferry. Easy access to local stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and a comfortable home to enjoy family time.

Great Escape

Comfortable and homey house with great access to everything we wanted to do on our family vacation. We enjoyed being able to have out pets with us and were grateful for the privacy on the property and access to many grocery and gas options.

We enjoyed our stay

This was actually a spacious 3 bedroom house. We had our old dog with us for a trip to beach and he loved the back yard. Also the hose out back was great to wash him off. The kitchen was a bit older but was fully stocked with everything you could ever need and all appliances worked.

Great Basic Home

We picked this place to bring our boat and dog. Not fancy but clean and functional with a big driveway and backyard. We were allowed to check in 2 hours early. AC worked great and bed was comfortable.

Family spring break

This house is very close to stores in town like HEB to grab food. Short drive to the ferry and the beach. Neighborhood seemed quiet when we stayed there. The house has most everything you might need but one thing that was a little odd was a dishwasher sitting in the kitchen/dining area but was not hooked up to anything. Bedrooms were a bit small but that's ok for a short term stay. Spacious common area. Overall it was a good stay.

The washer was broken dishwasher was filthy. Property management horrible. I would like a full refund. The office staff are giving us the run around.

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay, and we would stay again. The house is right in Aransas Pass, so you're minutes from everything, including the HEB. The only complaint we had is that the mattresses seemed like older, spring mattresses so our backs hurt after sleeping on them. But for a few nights it's manageable.

Quaint house close to heb

We came down with some family to fish and had a wonderful stay. The master bed could use a memory foam topper like the twin beds, and the bathrooms were very small, but otherwise great experience.

Loved it

The house was very pleasant and provided us with everything we needed. We were able to take both our dogs with no worries, as the backyard provided awesome space for them to roam. I would definitely rent this place again!
