Welcome to unit #306 - Cap'm Ken's! Newly listed 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor of Laguna Reef at Rockport. Enjoy the private balcony with panoramic water views and the natural shoreline with a lagoon and an abundance of bird life from the balcony and the living room. You will definitely enjoy that view from comfortable living room and watching the large flat screen television. There is plenty of seating for everyone and floor space for the dogs (2 dogs maximum).

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. There is also an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The kitchen has a bar that opens it up to the rest of this beautiful condo. You will be able to visit with friends or family while cooking, or just enjoy the view. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a large closet and dresser for your vacation gear. The bedroom has a flat-screen television with basic cable. A queen-size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and an additional 2-inch memory topper will be sure to provide a great night's sleep for two more guests. There is also internet and wifi available at Cap'm Ken's.

As a guest of Cap'm Ken's you will have access to the swimming pool, hot tub, 1000 ft. fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, and the beautiful lagoon area at the water. There are also 3 large ice machines located on the first, second, and third floors. There are also coin-operated washers and dryers on the second and fourth floors, in the same room as the ice machines.

Great Condo

Very nice place, exceptionally clean, great ocean view. Probably the most accurate listing we’ve experienced. Recently updated, well decorated and furnished, with everything you might need available.

Great getaway

This was a great condo in a great little Texas town. We were able to visit in one of Rockport’s art shows, eat some local seafood, and enjoy time at a local brewery. Be careful- although the breweries are family friendly, the winery in town is not.

Perfect sized unit with a beautiful ocean view.

Perfect sized unit with a beautiful ocean view. The bed was super comfy with the most incredible pillows. Great location s as DN super easy to get into downtown. The sunrises were spectacular. We arrived and the storm had knocked out the elevators and much of the building. They worked late into the night fixing it. Our unit was not affected but they were so friendly checking in and checking out.

Nice condo and beautiful view

Nice one bedroom condo overlooking pool and bay. Well stocked kitchen. Pool did not open until 10 am which seemed late in summer especially for adults trying to beat kids who were in it until end of day. Hot tub very green so didn't use and didn't see anyone else use. Primarily a fishing spot with great pier.

We are glad to hear the unit was nice! The reasoning for the pool not opening until 10:00 am is because it gets vacuumed every morning before guests use. We are glad you enjoyed the fishing pier and hope you caught lots of fish! Thank you for choosing to stay at Laguna Reef!

Great price and great location.

This is a great facility and a great location. I love to fish, so having private access to that pier is a really huge bonus.

We so look forward to staying with you again! The condo wwas well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and in good condition. The condo was lovely, very clean, and the view was spectacular! So look forward to going again and again. You could smell the clorox when you opened the door. It was thoroughly clean and inviting! They were all very knowledgeable and personally gracious.
