Top Floor Bay View #409

Our coastal condo with bay view is waiting for you!
The condo is 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with a sofa bed in the living room. We provide linens, blankets, and pillows for each of the beds. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils you need. There is a TV in the living room and bedroom for guests to enjoy. The balcony offers some of the most beautiful views one can enjoy! Grab a good book and a cup of coffee and enjoy the scenery. Laguna Reef has a 1000ft fishing pier for guests to fish off along with a pool for the summer (not heated) and a hot tub that is very popular to our Winter guests. BBQ grills are located on the property along with a picnic area. Pets are allowed on a owner approval basis with a pet fee charged. Pack your bags and come enjoy all Rockport has to offer!

Loved waking up and having coffee facing the bay. We had beautiful weather all week. The staff is very friendly and the place is well kept. We will be coming back again this summer.

The entire condo was very clean and the kitchen was stocked well. The decor was perfect. The views of the bay were amazing! Check in was very easy and good communication from the host. We can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend a new mattress due to the divots but still managed to sleep okay.

Relax by the Sea

We had a delightful stay at this spotlessly clean, well appointed and well stocked condo. There is an amazing panoramic view from the condo, and the area is quiet and safe. Only a short distance to the cultural and historic district, as well as Rockport Beach. Great pier for fishing and bird watching. This is a great condo in a lovely part of Rockport. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again! Thanks !

WE WILL BE BACK!

I usually see pictures online and assume the place i’m staying is not going to look as nice. This unit looked even bette in person!! it was so clean, everything worked, we cooked there, and so close to Rockport Beach Park where we went for the day! We can’t wait to come back!!

Very low potty

The absolute ONLY complaint we have is the very low ( seemed kid height ) commode. The condo was lovely, super clean and comfortable with a nice view.

Smelled great and clean.

Smell is important, smelled great, welcoming, and very, very clean. Great view, pool, and location, for the first time using Vrbo it was 5 stars. The only thing is I'd say there were a lot more rules than we expected, we were a bit scared to use anything, and we didn't even think of using the dishes or make coffee. I assume that's what you have to do for cleanliness, but my family felt safe and secure and that was the most important.

LR 409

Have stayed at Laguna Reef for decades. There’s wear and tear. Sliding doors need to be updated and replaced. Bathtub is original and needs to be updated and replaced. Bed is cheap and way too soft for an average sized adult. Can’t imagine being an oversized person as many are now and sleeping in that bed. Pool now closes at 8 pm which it’s not even dark at this time of year. Not sure we will return to Laguna Reef.
