Welcome to Mermaid Bay, a cheerful and relaxing waterfront escape nestled in the desirable Copano Cove neighborhood of Rockport, Texas. This charming one-level, four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is perched right on the canal, offering direct access to water adventures and the peaceful coastal atmosphere that Rockport is known for.

Guests will love the serene canal views and the home’s outdoor amenities, perfect for both relaxation and recreation. Cast a line off the private fishing dock—day or night—or tie off your boat after a cruise. A fish cleaning station with power and water is ready for your fresh catch, and the charcoal grill invites you to cook up an outdoor feast. Nice place

Nice house and with fenced in side yard and garage. Beautiful water front area. Neighbors dogs…other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

The house is nice and we enjoyed fishing from the dock. When we arrived, part of the towels were dirty (lipstick etc on them) and part were wet. They were all folded up under the cabinet as if they were ready to go. It was gross. There was no comforter on the master bed. Inside cleanliness could have definitely been better. We left early.

Perfect place for a family vacation

This was just the right size ar and location for our family vacation. It was clean and location by the canal was peaceful. You should bring your own beach towels and chairs as there were not enough sitting options outside and just one shower towel per person but others than that it was great.
