There are 2 King bedrooms with en suite bathrooms as well as a separate media room with 60â TV that includes a third bathroom. Each room is equipped with air conditioning units, dimmable lighting and remote operated shades.
As you enter your home away from home, you are welcomed by the bright blue sea where you can see for miles through your sliding glass door that enables easy indoor and outdoor living. The great room includes a gourmet kitchen with large quartz island with bar stools, a custom wood dining table for 8 and living space to enjoy each other - and your unobstructed view of the Bay of Banderas. Move to the deck and relax in your lounge chairs serenaded by the waves or dine alfresco at the extension table that seats 8. From here watch the surfers, beach life or the daily unscheduled shows put on by our resident whales, including the newborn calves (Nov-March). You are just a short walk to the quaint town of Punta de Mita where you have access to world-class beachfront restaurants and local shops.
High-speed Internet is provided and you can easily connect to your streaming services.
Getting here: We are approximately an hour away from Puerto Vallarta International airport. Transportation can be arranged or you can take a local taxi or Uber directly to your unit.
Activities. All water sports are available within walking distance - from surfing, paddleboarding, snorkeling, fishing and even scuba diving or spear fishing! A visit to Las Marieta Islands National Park never disappoints.
Nearby destinations: Sayulita (~25 minutes; 17.7 km/10.6 miles), La Cruz de Huanacaxtle (~20 minutes; 17.5 km/10.5 miles)
Housekeeping. Guests will have daily light housekeeping services. Laundry room available for those staying 1 week or more.
Disclosures: 1) There is a Ring doorbell at the condo entrance. This is the only video recording device on the premises for security purposes. 2) There is periodic construction work in nearby complexes that may occur daily or not at all. When it occurs it is only during daylight hours.
