Aurora means "dawn" in Spanish and the inspiration for TAU Residences comes from the indigenous Huichol language, "TAU" meaning sun. The sunrises and sunsets accessed from this contemporary condo are nothing short of spectacular. Located at the very tip of the Punta Mita peninsula, this community is surrounded by sea with easy access to the resort amenities, beach clubs, golf courses, St. Regis and the TAU community center equipped with a free gym, lap pool, BBQ area and game room.

"Casa Aurora Tau" is located on the third floor of a 5-story, 7-unit building (2 units per floor). TAU residences are the newest condos in Punta Mita with just 42 residences.

Please note there is a Ring doorbell with recording device at entry. There are no cameras in the unit's interior or terrace.

**Punta Mita resort has some construction projects throughout the resort and you may hear some noise between 8 am and 6 pm**

NOTICE: PUNTA MITA RESORT ACCESS FEES EFFECTIVE JAN. 6, 2026

Please note that effective January 6, 2026, the Punta Mita Resort is eliminating minimum food and beverage consumption fees at the beach clubs, but is instituting a one-time resort access fee for each stay, based on occupancy of each vacation rental.

- Adults & Teens (13+): USD$50 per adult/teen +16% VAT +15% service charge (TOTAL: USD$66.70)
- Children 5-12: USD$30 per child +16% VAT +15% service charge (TOTAL: USD$40.02)
- Under 5 - no charge

These fees are collected outside of the booking process and paid directly to the Punta Mita Resort in advance of arrival. Our concierge will help facilitate access and payments in advance.
