Perfect little getaway for a girls trip. 3 levels offers privacy, safe parking in a gated garage, and nice area of town. Easy to get to Broadway, and short drive to the mall and restaurants.

This place was absolutely adorable and very well put together. Decorations were on point!! The hosts were amazing at making sure we had everything we needed and more. It was a great location far an enough away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough!

Fun in Nashville

Stayed for a few days. Property was clean and we felt we were in safe and secure location. Check in/out process very easy. Mark reached out a couple times to see if we had any questions which was appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Nashville Pilgrimage

Family aunts/mom/sister/cousins trip to visit daughter in Nashville. Super convenient & cute property. Nice that had two coffee machines-Kerri & regular and plenty of bathroom towels.

Perfect for our needs!

Two adult couples used this property while in Nashville for a family celebration. It was excellent: great location, comfortable, and providing abundant privacy between the couples. The owner was very responsive to pre-stay questions and the unit was very clean. For a party with physical limitations: there are lots of steps! Very satisfied with this stay.

Very comfortable and clean

Great place with multiple bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Communication with hosts was easy, and their instructions were great. Plenty of parking room as well. The only negative is a slightly onerous check out process that involves many tasks I would expect the cleaning crew to handle. However, it was not difficult, and I would happily stay here again.

Quick Trip

Thank you for opening up your condo for our family to stay during a quick trip to visit our daughter at Belmont University. Cute building with lots of bright light from windows and balcony. We really appreciated the waters and snacks left as a welcome gift.

The decorations were so cute throughout the house.Some cleanliness issues in bathrooms and 2nd floor bedroom. There were items left behind by previous guests under the bed.Ice machine did not work in the fridge and couch was uncomfortable.Overall the communication with host was superb. We noticed the dryer knob broken and before we could message host they contacted me and came to fix the same day.

Unexpected trip

I found myself in Nashville due to an auto accident my son was in. I needed a place to stay for awhile while my son was in the hospital. This unit had everything needed. Very close to the hospital and not far from downtown. The area is nice and safe. Mark and Erin were amazing to work with and accommodated me when I needed to extend my trip. I hope to come back in the future for a more positive trip and will certainly stay here again!

Great Visit

Perfect space & location for our group of 4 adults. Very easy to Uber/Lyft to so many great Nashville neighborhoods. The parking garage was great- never worried about finding a spot. Lots of stairs..but that was actually a benefit as it gave each bedroom & the living area their own privacy. The Local was a great nearby venue with fantastic music & really good food (we stopped in a few times, good place to wind down after Broadway & visiting Lynchburg). Felt very safe walking around the area. Hosts were very responsive & helpful. Made great recommendations for some fun places to watch the NHL playoffs. Unit was really clean, had tons of amenities and very comfortable. We loved the angel wings mural in hallway.

I'm new to VRBO and Mark made it as easy as possible. The space was decorated so cute and the little details make everything better. My one negative would be the bed at the top floor. My sister and I shared that room and both woke up sore. Maybe because we are pld now,but everything else was devine!
