The Blue River community is a close drive to town; it’s a popular place for people looking to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Breck but be “close to the action.” You’ll also love the nearby hiking/biking/snowshoeing trails! Just a short walk away from the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop to whisk you and your guests away to the mountains while being able to avoid the headache of last-minute downtown parking.

Inside, the living area features a gas stove, comfy seating, and large windows that fill the area with natural light. Just outside, there’s a great deck sitting next to the river with a table and chairs, making it the perfect place to enjoy the cool mountain breeze. The kitchen has quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances, as well as all the gear you’ll need to whip up a culinary mountain masterpiece. The farmhouse style table in the dining room has room for six, and there’s room for two more at the breakfast bar.

There’s also a full laundry area and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. - A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check-in.
