Heart Trail Lookout Unit 2 BRAND NEW 2024 HOT TUB and “The Griz” Cold Plunge!

Located 5 minutes North of the Flagstaff mall sits Heart Trail Lookout Unit 2. This peaceful space provides comfort, tranquility, and easy access to local trails.

The home is situated near many amazing trails that are suitable for both hiking and mountain biking!

NAU: 9.7 miles (17 minute drive)
Snowbowl: 20 miles (35-40 minute drive)
Downtown Flag: 7.4 (14 minute drive)
Grand Canyon: 74 miles (1hr & 10 min drive)
Uptown Sedona: 36 miles (48 minute drive)

You will have full access to the 510 square foot unit two.

Since the home is a duplex, you will most likely meet/ see the guests staying in unit one. Unit two is it’s own private unit that is not shared with unit one

The hot tub/ cold plunge area is shared between both unit one and unit two.

We decided to upgrade our hot tub and made the switch to a brand new 2024 model! This ensures reliability, updated features, and improved performance overall! The new hot tub was delivered and installed on March 5th, 2024! The space is available to guests year round and 24/7!

Take a dip in our BRAND NEW Grizzly 450 cold plunge, which was installed on July 17th!! We like to call this monster of a cold plunge, “The Griz!” It’s a great way to ease sore muscles, increase dopamine levels, relieve pain and stress, and much more!

***We do not permit smoking in or on the property.***

***As much as we love pets, we unfortunately do not allow them during your stay.***

***Service animals are welcome. Emotion support animals do not meet the qualifications of a trained service animal.***

***If you would like to request a late check out, we are able to extend until 11:30am. It is an additional $25. We cannot guarantee a late check out, but please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to make it work!***

Cute little 1 bedroom

Cute little 1 bedroom duplex. Very personable. Host was very attentive and communicated daily! Cold plunge was awesome! And the hot tub was refreshing after the long day of hiking and adventures. Would definitely recommend.

Clean and great location!

Perfect spot in Flagstaff

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and was perfect for our needs. We spend one day hiking in Flagstaff, one in Sedona, and one at Grand Canyon and this was centrally located. The restaurants nearby were great! The host made sure to have everything you would need available in unit (including phone charger). Hot tub was a must after long day of hiking! If in area again we will definitely book again.

Great visit!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location is convenient to the area with nice views of the surrounding mountains. We took several day trips to as well as explored the trails and downtown area. The place is very nice, clean, modern and comfortable. Austin and April provided many small but meaningful touches that made the unit that much better. Thanks again!!

Perfect cozy place for our small family.

The host April and Austin were fantastic. This location completely suited our needs for our family vacation to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and did a great job making us feel at home. Everything in the efficiency is brand new and works perfectly. The hot tub and polar plunge bath were perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. We 💯recommend this location to anyone traveling in a small family.

Perfect for our needs

Sparkling clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Having laundry facilities in the unit was perfect for us because we were traveling with a baby and needed to keep towels and blankets clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Flagstaff.

My husband, Austin, and I have two little girls and one Mini Aussie! We love anything that has to do with being outside. Our two littles come on most adventures with us!
