Great spot for family reunion

This house was perfect for our family! We were in town for a wedding, and the nice LR/kitchen space was open and inviting for all of us to gather. Thanks for hosting us! Cibolo and New Braunfels are fun towns with lots to do, great restaurants and bars!

Beautiful House

The house was so spacious and fit all my family member’s comfortably. Perfect for a family get together with activities a short drive away like sea world or floating the river. We had such a great time and the property owner was so amazing about communicating with us answering all questions!

Absolutely recommend this property. It was clean and the house size is FANTASTIC. Beautiful neighborhood. It is about 11 miles from Schlitterbahn (approx 20 minute drive). Owner responded promptly every time I contacted with questions. We were truly so happy with this stay.

It was well suited for a large group as to bedrooms and bathrooms but the gathering space was a bit small and the TV screen could have been much larger. It was quiet and well air conditioned and we enjoyed watching the newborn deer in the backyard.

Home away from home

Our host, was awesome! She kept in touch and was responsive to any communication sent. The home is spacious. A huge woodsy backyard, nice deck and relaxing hot tub make it a nice retreat. Great for family gatherings. The parking is a bit tricky since it’s a curved driveway and only fits 4 cars, so of it’s something to keep in mind. I’d recommend it 100%.

Quiet area close enough to attractions!

The house was plenty spacious enough, we loved having a bedroom for everyone. It was far too hot unfortunately for most of us to use the hot tub, but those who got in enjoyed it! There was a minor problem with the pressure in the showers, but ownership handled it promptly and had a plumber out there quickly. The house was clean and had the amenities we needed to cook some meals at home. TV's in the bedrooms would be helpful but we managed! Seeing the deer around the neighborhood was fun as well!

Lots of bedrooms... lots of bugs

Pros: If you want sleeping space for a large group, this isn't a bad choice. It has several bedrooms and bathrooms as you can see from the listing. The living space is small, but intimate. The kitchen is well-stocked and functional. It's in a great location near lots of stores and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear. Check-out time was 11:00am and the cleaning crew showed up around 10:45am.Cons: Bugs. There are lots of bugs. There were so many spiders in the bathrooms, we had to do full sweeps before utilizing the rooms every day. The bugs were commingled in the shower curtain and the face towels. (We ended up purchasing our own towels). I communicated this to the host and was told they would "look into it". That was all. Also, the house itself is nothing fancy. I imagine the high cost is due to the number of beds/bedrooms... because the house itself is very basic and not very spacious. If you are looking for a large living space, this is not it.
