You'll be staying in a Cottage that's been decorated and equipped for you to unwind after a long day in the parks or doing shopping.

The Complex has a pool, a Mini Golf course, and a gym.

This is a remodeled manufactured home, tastefully decorated and fully equipped to enjoy your stay after a long day in the parks or shopping malls.
It has a Main bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and the porch has been converted into a second bedroom with 1 full bed and 1 twin bed ideal for children or teenagers although it could be suitable for a couple of adults. This second bedroom has its own portable AC unit.
This unit has also a laundry room (washers and dryer).

Other areas that the guests can use are, 2 swimming pools (with spa), the playroom at the clubhouse, the gym, tennis courts, and a mini-golf course.

The magnetic card keys to access all the areas previously described are hung in the kitchen area (please hang them back before checking out, if you lose them there will be a $75 fee applied)

This cottage is placed in a neighborhood surrounded by nature, forests, ponds, and lakes are very common in Florida, so if you do not want to attract bugs, mosquitos, or ants, please be careful not to leave doors open or leave dirty dishes and we recommend to put the trash away when you have the chance.
