Responsiveness & Resolution: Upon hearing your concerns, we immediately took action. We confirmed a mechanical issue with the refrigerator and had it fully repaired within 24 hours. To ensure you were not inconvenienced, we offered you a full refund for your entire stay, which you accepted. Property Condition: Our cleaning team maintains high standards. While we discovered a single container left behind by a previous guest—for which we sincerely apologize—the claims of "multiple open cans" and widespread mold are simply not supported by our inspection of the property. Amenities: We pride ourselves on providing clean baby gear. We have a baby ourselves. The "stains" mentioned on the pack-and-play were minor surface dust that was resolved instantly with a damp cloth. Administrative Follow-up: As you received a 100% refund, we requested that you follow standard VRBO platform protocol to cancel the remainder of your booking. Despite our guidance, this was not completed on your end. We are disappointed that, despite our immediate offer of repair of the appliance and the return of all your funds, you felt the need to leave such a characterization of our home.
