welcoming hosts in a comfortable and convenient location. This is my second stay with them, and I will plan to stay again in the future.The beds are comfortable as is the sofa. The place is very neat and there’s everything you need. It’s a very easy walk to downtown Georgetown but just far enough away that it’s quiet.

The hosts were amazing! Jim and Sylvia were wonderful! The house was sooo clean and provided everything we needed for the stay. Jim went above and beyond with recommendations and helping us during our stay with local recommendations and directions. Would definitely stay there again and have recommended the place to some friends who are coming that way in a few months.

Very comfortable and welcoming place to stay near downtown Georgetown and Southwestern University. This place has everything you need with a well appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, spotless bathroom and comfy sofas in the living room. I definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay there again.

Jim’s property was amazing. Extremely comfortable and well appointed down to the tiniest detail. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance as well as being close to the university. We would highly recommend this lovely rental!

Stylish and quaint

Georgetown is such a cute and quaint town! This apartment is in a perfect location. You’re tucked away from hustle and bustle with privacy but in walking distance of the Square. The space is super clean and styled very cute! We slept great and the sheets felt really nice. Amenities are nice and thoughtful.We’ll definitely stay again!

Perfect Vacation Home

We had an amazing time staying here! The communication from the property owners was excellent which made us all feel comfortable. The property is lovely, and came with everything we needed to feel at home. It was great to have a nice place to relax in beautiful Georgetown!

The "Shed"

This rental exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The unit was wonderfully modern yet cozy and very well appointed. Spotless and ample room with every amenity you could think of needing inside. The unit is close enough to walk to the downtown square, with sidewalks the entire way.The owners, Jim and Sylvia, were so gracious and very responsive. Such nice people! I literally can't say enough great things about our stay or the owners. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Charming House in the Perfect Location

We loved our stay here. The house was super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the weekend. It's in a great location-really close to downtown but still quiet and relaxing. Check-in was easy and the owner was so nice, offering easy directions from the airport and some favorite spots to hit in Georgetown. An amazing place to stay!

Absolutely lovely!

Upon entering the property, we both said "WOW! This is awesome!" Bright and clean! Comfortable livingroom. Spotless and fully equipped kitchen! Very nice bathroom! Two clean, beautiful bedrooms! We're looking forward to our next visit!

Georgetown Gem

We had a fabulous stay at The Shed in Georgetown. Our hosts communicated promptly and offered any assistance if required. Lovely people and it was the perfect place for our family to stay. A short walk into the charming historic Georgetown centre which was so wonderful. Also close to Southwestern University, so had lovely walks around the campus in the mornings. Great Location. Great Stay, Hosts Amazing

Our stay was fantastic. It is an apartment on the host property. They stopped by and introduced themselves, super friendly and very helpful! You felt like someone was genuinely there looking out for you if you needed anything but not imposing either. The pictures don’t do this place justice. The inside is so cute and comfortable. They thought of everything. They have everything you would need to make food or prepare drinks. They are so thoughtful down to every detail- cozy blankets in every room and snacks to greet us upon arrival. We were easily able to instacart food to this spot. Would give 100/10 stars if possible!

Fabulous

Quite, homey and overall wonderful place to stay. Jim and Sylvia were very accommodating. The "shed" was stocked with every kitchen knick-knack, appliance, glassware, etc. We enjoyed sitting outside. The beds were super comfortable, the place was very clean. Our shower head broke, Jim replaced it that day, that afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.
