Escape to the luxury of Sandy Sea-Clusion located in sought-after Beachside Townhomes. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is a getaway you won't forget!

Walk into a beautifully decorated open-concept living space. The large sectional couch invites you to snuggle up after a long day and watch a movie on the 65-inch Smart flat-screen TV. Spend time on your private balcony and share your favorite part of the day with your family and friends. The beautiful and fully stocked kitchen has all you need to create gourmet meals at home. Enjoy meals in the dining room, with seating for eight guests.

When you’re ready to turn in for the night, you’ll find beautifully decorated and cozy bedrooms with flat-screen TVs. The first bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom is a bunk room great for kids, with a full-over-full-size bunk bed and sleeper sofa. A shared full bathroom is conveniently located near these two bedrooms. The primary bedroom on the first floor offers a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom.

When you wake up fresh and ready to go, head to the beach or into town where you’ll find great shopping, dining and family-friendly attractions. Be sure to spend time at the Beachside community area. Loved the location and the golf cart inclusion. Was disappointed that we didn't have the pool code for 3 days so wasn't able to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked .

Beautiful condo, but cleaning crew stold our speaker we accidentaly left behind in the upstairs.
The downstairs bedroom didn’t have a dresser for us to put our clothes in. The mattress was horribly hard, sheet kept coming off. Upstairs master bedroom water pressure in sink was terrible. Lastly , we forgot our speaker next to the TV upstairs in living area when we called back to report it they claim no one had seen it which is a lie. The cleaning crew Stold it😁

First time staying in this location…
I expected a lot from this condo because of the price we paid. We were there to celebrate my mother's 73rd birthday. There were a lot of negatives and a few positives. Negatives first: the condo was dirty. The floors were filthy, lots of sand (which I don’t really mind because we’re on the beach!) and dog hair from the previous renters. Makes me question whether the floors were cleaned before we got there, gross! The couch & all fabric covered furniture was filthy. Needed to be vacuumed and sprayed with freshening/disinfectant spray. The consoles in bedrooms weren’t wiped down, lots of sand dust and food crumbs in bunk room. I spent the first hour to 1.5 hours of my vacation cleaning the condo, I really didn’t appreciate that especially with these Covid times I expected much higher standards. The beds were way too soft and so loud! Thought I was going to wake my daughter up in the next room every time I rolled over! We also had a horrible noise disturbance. The renters right outside our bedroom windows were a nightmare for the first 2 nights we were there. They played extremely loud music in the parking lot and were drinking till about 2am both nights. The police came out several times but that didn’t remedy the situation at all. We almost left early because of this and were so exhausted both full days of our vacation. The location of the condo in relation to the beach was good, especially because we had the golf cart. The cart was old and rusty, but served it’s purpose so it was fine. We will not be staying in this location of town ever again. It’s too crowded and just not for us. We were looking to have a nice relaxing vacation and did not achieve that. We came home exhausted and disappointed.
