We’re truly sorry you arrived to those conditions—cigarette debris, used items, broken glass, and an unclean freezer are completely unacceptable, especially with cleaning and management fees. We also understand how frustrating it was to have to move villas and then be told VRBO costs wouldn’t be refunded. Thank you for raising this—we regret the experience and the stress it caused.
