A NEWLY BUILT LUXURY COTTAGE DESIGN BEACH HOUSE WITH PRIVATE POOL in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach off 30A. This beach house is nestled among the trees yet only two minutes away from the white sandy beaches. Bask in the sun by day and wind down and relax in the outdoor areas surrounded by a peaceful wooded area by night. It is like stepping out of one world directly into another while offering all of the amenities of the beach lifestyle.

The cottage is 2 stories with an open upper deck and lower screened outdoor area comfortably furnished for lounging and relaxing. It boasts beautiful wood vaulted ceilings and lends plenty of natural light. The entrance is a quaint covered area that also has a bench to sit and enjoy the view.

Nearby dining and shopping accessible by golf cart ( brand new and included in the rental ).

The Bedroom
The Master has a luxurious comfy king size bed made with high quality linens and a master bath that has a large walk-in shower.

Additional Beds
There is a separate area tucked away with two XL twin beds.

The Living Room
The living area host a super comfortable sectional and a swivel chair along with a separate dining area.

The Kitchen
There is a gourmet appointed kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. Microwave, coffee maker, dishes and utensils provided.

The Bathroom
The bathroom is complete with high end beautiful subway tile and rock flooring in a large walk in shower, a natural wood vanity area with double sinks.
There is also an outdoor closed in shower area complete with seating and a door for privacy.

The Laundry Room
The laundry room has a stacked washer and dryer in the closet next to bunk beds.

Essentials
Each reservation will be provided with 1 travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bathroom will have a bar of hand soap and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Two packs of laundry detergent will be provided as well as a sponge, dishwasher tablets and kitchen soap. Bath towels and bed linens are provided for each reservation. A Hair dryer and Iron are also provided
Internet, Wi-Fi and cable available. Grill available for use.

Fire extinguisher, exterior lighting, first aid kit.

Parking
Parking for up to 4 cars.

The Beach
The closest private access is called Stallworth. Public beach access is Dune Allen Regional Beach.

Rules
Must be 25 years of age or older to book the Cottage.
Check in is 4:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM.
No more than five guest are allowed, no exceptions, nonadherence will result in eviction WITHOUT refund.
No smoking allowed.
No dogs allowed.
No loud parties allowed.
