This house is close to Downtown (only 11 miles: 10-15 minutes) but is in a quiet, gorgeous luxury neighborhood of Belle Mead and West Meade. The home is also close to the West End Area, Bellevue and Charlotte neighborhoods. The beautifully renovated house is a one level, completely renovated ranch style corner lot duplex with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is a spacious 2900 square feet. Fully permitted.

Real estate in Belle Meade and West Meade consists mostly of large luxury homes, single-family homes. Large lawns provide a tranquil oasis for this home away from home. Very close to Belle Meade Country Club, Richland Country Club, Cheekwood Museum and Botanical Gardens, Belle Meade Plantation and Winery, the Jewish Community Center, and Adventure Park. TN Titans/Atlanta Falcons game weekend with friends

Positives: The location was perfect not far from interstates & lots of shopping at One Bellevue place & other spots. The space of the home was fantastic for 5 couples with 2 kitchens & dining & living rooms. TV’s were everywhere 😊 The host was amazing, responsive, & allowed early checkin!! She was easy to deal with, & the check in process was seamless. We also thought the pricing was good for 5 rooms/3 bath. Lots of snacks, a complimentary bottle of wine, games, & cookware. Negatives: We thought we booked a house advertised as 3 kings & 2 double queen rooms. It was 2 kings & my double was definitely a full. The house is lovely but needs some TLC like cleaning spider webs on inside & outside windows. Gnats were in the Kitchen. Sheer curtains in bedrooms or no curtains at all were an issue for some of the couples. White bedspread with several stains should be discarded. Coffee creamers from 2020. With a few attention to small details, this property could be even better. Overall, We did enjoy our stay, & thanks for having us !!!

Girls 60th birthday Trip

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The home was decorated brilliantly. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. So many places to sit and talk and reminisce. The host always responded quickly for questions before our arrival. Thoughtful snacks were provided. Close to everything! We highly recommend.

Hoped it would have been better based on reviews.

This could be a great rental if it had some TLC. Not very clean, stains on beds and furnishings, towels were all srained, and not even enough silverware to accomodate our group for one meal. Patio furniture was in various form of quality as some pieces were broken or very dirty and the BBQ eas NOT an option. Again, this was a nice house in a good location that could be great....it just wasn't! Owner was great to deal with but house wasn't as advertized. Pretty disappointing.

30th bday w group of friends.

This house was so beautiful and accommodating for the 8 of us who all went down to nash for my 30th. It’s so spacious and updated and gives a luxury vibe- it was so cute!! Host was very attentive whenever I wrote her she responded and never had any issues. Definitely would recommend staying here and if I ever return to Nashville I will definitely be staying here again.

Nashville girls weekend

I can not say enough nice things about this home and this host. The location of the property was perfect. Incredibly easy to get to, but far enough out that it was quiet in the evenings. The home is perfect for large groups and had everything we could have possibly needed and then some. The house is cute and comfortable with more than enough space entertaining and relaxing. The host was exceptional!!! Incredibly accommodating and responsive. Available for questions and offered suggestions for things we needed in the area. She was friendly and made every effort to insure a smooth trip. One of the best hosts I've had using VRBO. Overall outstanding property & host and it made our visit to Nashville even more fun!

Spacious, multifamily beautiful home

We recently stayed at this property visiting Nashville. The property had all new appliances, felt upgraded. For us it was the perfect setup as we were travelli with another family. They had one side of the home, while we had the other. It was about a 20 min drive to Nashville, not too bad. Nice home, comfortable beds. Wish the outdoor space was kept up a little better so you could go out on the patio for coffee in the morning. Could use new furniture andsone landscaping, but all in all pworked for our time we had and fit the people we had. We had 9 people- 3 adults and 6 teens!

Family Concert Weekend

Our group of 9 had plenty of room in this very spacious upscale home. We all loved the way the home was decorated. There are many little sitting areas and two kitchens. The pictures are accurate, but in addition to the indoor space there is also a super comfy patio with torch lights! We liked being outside the hustle & bustle of Nashville. Restaurants and shopping are close. We would totally stay in this gem again!

My husband and I brought our 5 nieces/nephews for the 4 day CMA fest! The home was the perfect setup for our group with plenty of room to spread out! Location was easy for navigating to Broadway and Nissan Stadium

Nashville Getaway

My Daughter and her friends from Tik Tok met for the first time in person. Distance from downtown was just a few minutes away. The amount of comfortable large beds and rooms were perfect. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay for the price. Management communication was spot on and very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again in the future if need be. Thank You you for being one of the nice clean care free places to stay!
