This thoughtfully designed villa checks off all the boxes on the vacation checklist: modern, updated, bright, open space floorplan with a private, quiet, relaxing courtside location and tasteful, new décor. This two bedroom, two bath villa offers a large balcony for entertaining and relaxing. The balcony features ample seating, a small grill, and courtside views of the nationally recognized Seabrook Island Racquet Club.
As you step into the property, guests will find a small screened-in porch with comfortable seating, a large ceiling fan, and TVâan ideal place to sip your morning coffee, read a book, or enjoy an evening cocktail.
Inside the villa, a bright, airy, open floor plan features a dining area, stocked coffee bar with wine refrigerator, kitchen, and living room area. The coastal kitchen features new quartz countertops, modern appliances, garbage disposal, ample serveware and cookware, and counter stool seating.
A comfortable entertaining area offers visitors an ideal place to unwind after a day of sightseeing or lounging by the pool. Off the kitchen area, this space features a new area rug, comfortable sofa and arm chairs, large screen smart TV, vintage record player, separate desk space, and ample lighting. The living areas are perfect for relaxing after a long beach or pool day.
The master bedroom has a large, plush king bed with a new mattress. Guests will find ample closet space, dresser space, his and her sinks, and an ensuite bathroom. This room also features a private corner balcony, blackout curtains, soft lighting throughout, a bone inlay accent table, and a comfortable chair.
The guest bedroom also features a king bed. The bathroom off the hallway connects to this bedroom, allowing guests to convert it into an ensuite bath as well. Having the potential for two master bedrooms in this villa is another appreciated and sought-after feature of this unique space. This bedroom includes blackout drapery, a Juliet balcony, dresser, closet space, chair, ample lighting, and coastal décor.
In the laundry area off the main hallway, a full-size washer and dryer offer guests the convenience of doing laundry within the unit. A self-inflating AeroBed is stored here and can be set up in the living room area to accommodate additional guests if needed.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa during their stay. The property is easily accessible and well-lit for your safety. Parking is available in the dual carport and driveway, making packing and unpacking a breeze, with additional driveway parking for multiple vehicles. A gas grill is located on the back deck.
As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1â179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting this fee. Gate pass name information for each vehicle is due one week prior to arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided, and drivers must show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver may operate that vehicle. LSV vehicles also require a gate pass. Two vehicle maximum at this property.

CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.
CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.
THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches (2 miles down the road), an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
