Good value

This property is a good value beach house. Great location, Very close to the beach & other attractions & shopping. Seven bedrooms, so room for everyone, adequately stocked kitchen, made for comfortable stay.

Enjoyed our time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house could use some upgrades(ie. a TV hung on the wall above the stairs in the kitchen/living area upstairs, a TV in the master suite upstairs). It was a great size in terms of bedrooms for my 15 person family. The location was ideal, close to restaurants and the pier and right across the road from public beach access. The refrigerator gave us issues but a repair was offered that day that lasted through our stay. Overall good experience.

The pictures of the beach house does no justice to this property. The house was dirty, very dated, musty smell, bath tubs didn't drain properly and had several waterbugs!!! The owners needs to a better job for what the customers are renting for!!!!!! The landscape is not kept, couldn't even see the address due to overgrown vegetation. That was my first and would be my last ever using that property. I was very disappointed but made the best out of the weekend. I give 1 star and would not recommend to anyone.

Beach Trip

This is a solid house for a beach trip! The communication with the property manager was clear and easy. We had issues with our AC and they had it fixed as fast as they could. It would be great to have a little more soft seating in the house (only one couch) but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Beach access directly across from beach and in walking distance to shops, restaurants and groceries. The home was mostly clean except for under beds where there was trash, other’s belongings and a dirty glass.

Found blood and hair on bedding. Poor customer service; no follow up- still waiting for a return call two week after departure. Will not use this property again!

On Sale Market- Don’t Rent

Property is up for sale. Pictures on listing do not accurately portray status of rooms. Minimal seating. After much discussion, seating was brought in along with folding tables and chairs. Water was turned off when we arrived. City employees had to come out to turn water back on. Will not be booking from this agency again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was not satisfied with my stay. Two of the showers we could not use. Two of the tvs did not work. There were used towels behind one of the beds. The front of the house looked abandon. When I told the office again when I dropped off my keys there was nothing said to satisfy my complaint but we are sorry for this that’s it. I have rented in Myrtle Beach for years because my sons play AAU. I can honestly say this was my worse stay. I know there is nothing or will be done because hey you got your money what can I do. But I will know next time.

The weeds were way over grown, the kids could not play in the front yard. The air conditioning downstairs did not work and it stayed 74 degrees the entire time. The washer and dryer were not accessible or useable.
