Charming nostalgic studio nestled on a beautiful lakefront lot teeming with a variety of birds & other wildlife. Wake up to birds singing, , make your coffee & sit out in the lanai or walk out to the dock to enjoy nature @its finest. As the day comes to an end, fire up the grill for a steak or burger & enjoy the sunset - Florida style!

Take a 1/2 mile walk to the other side of the lake through Lakeview Village (private - pedestrian access only to preservation area). You will enjoy many different vistas & perspectives from the other side (see photos) & get your nature fix! Enjoy!

If you're a coffee lover, we provide freshly-ground beans, & a variety of keurig roasts (or treat yourself to a cappuccino!).

If there is anything you need & don't see, I'm only a text message away! Our goal is to make your stay a memorable one - all that you had hoped & more. :) Looking forward to meeting you soon!

The sunporch and backyard areas are wonderful places to get away from traffic of the mind and the roads. Our hostess was very warm and accommodating. She cares deeply about her guests and their comfort.

Bonnie (the host) is superb. She greeted us upon our arrival and made sure we were comfortable. Her rental is lovely and Bonnie has furnished it with candies, fruit, drinks, coffee, even a bottle of wine. The bed is super comfortable and the backyard; whoa... it's like a nature park. We watched the wild ducks and other waterfowl on Mango Lake for hours and had daily visits from a friendly cat, rabbit, and even an armadillo (we'd never seen one before!). It is extremely private and very calming. We strongly recommend this rental and will surely return when we again visit Tampa. Thanks again Bonnie, we enjoyed staying with you; your studio is lovely and you're a wonderful host.

Peaceful stay

Bonnie provides a peaceful place to stay while in the Tampa area. The room and bathroom were spotless and well stocked with anything I needed. The bed was so comfy with lovely linens. The lanai is perfect with a view of the lake.

Very clean and quite.

Loved the property. Very cottage like feel. The lake out back added a very nice feel to the entire stay. The screened back porch was a big plus. Absolutely loved it.

State Fair-Tampa

This property was perfect for what I needed while in Tampa. Bonnie went out of her way to provide everything I needed and has a very nice secluded place to stay. The quiet, lake side back yard was an added bonus.

A Relaxing Stay during a Difficult Tine

My grown daughter and I needed an accommodation to attend a funeral in Brandon, Florida. We arrived there around 9 Friday night and our hostess, Bonnie, came out to meet us and show us around. Her place was just as the pictures depicted. We were surprised in the morning to see the lovely, relaxing view from the lanai.

Concert Bound

Loved it

Bonnie has curated a beautiful place to stay. The in-room breakfast and coffee was a great way to start our day. Watched the sunrise and birds over the pond with a few friendly rabbits. Slices of paradise like this are seldom this convenient. Theres alot more i dont want to spoil. Come and see

It is nestled in an established neighborhood adjacent to a preservation easement on a large lake, & yet located central to everything! From the beaches to Disney & all Orlando attractions, to the Tampa Riverwalk & Ybor City, golf courses, natural springs, you name it.. It is 30 min to an hour away! Many grocery & convenience/drug stores are within 5 minutes, & a major shopping mall is only 10 minutes away!
