Fabulous, clean, & comfy property

I had a fantastic experience staying at this beautifully decorated Vrbo space! It was immaculately clean, very comfortable, and offered a welcoming atmosphere that felt like home. The kitchen provided all the essential amenities for cooking. The closet had generous storage that kept all my luggage and clothing organized. The location was perfect for traveling to my relative's home, shops, restaurants, all attractions in the Tampa/Clearwater area, and the airport. I definitely plan on staying here when I return to the area and would would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free getaway!

Parking was an issue

The apartment is in what used to be a 2 car garage which was remodeled nicely, however there was no desk or table to sit at if you want to work or eat in. The parking was challenging; there were 3 other vehicles parked in the 2 car garage driveway; it was a very tight squeeze getting in and out.

Perfect

Really have nothing bad to say about our stay, I could complain that there was no washer and dryer unit on the premise but we were there for a five day football tournament and the host gave me a location close to get it done. Definitely a cozy stay

Perfect in every way

We found the place to be just what we needed. My husband had a major surgery at Tampa Advent, so we needed to stay in Tampa for 2 weeks afterward, for post-op care. The converted garage, as an efficiency apartment, was perfectly clean, well organized and comfortable! The bed, pillows and covers were great, the AC was nice and kool, the walk in shower, just what we needed, with all that you need in the kitchen! The owner was very helpful, and offered even more help, when i communicated to him that we couldn't stay our 2 weeks, due to post-op complications. As a matter of fact, we've now been away from our home for 4 weeks, we're still in the hospital, a week past our ending date, at the VRBO. We only actually stayed 5 days, of the 14 that I booked, but left my belongings there, until i was able to clear them out, a few days before my check out date. We will utilize this apartment again, should we ever need it. We are from Ocala. Thank you, Sir, for such a nice place! Kathy

easy and clean

No issues very easy to stay and was comfortable. the only suggestion would be a working ice maker but other than that everything was fine. Would stay here again.

Great Stay

The place is exactly how it looks on the pictures. The host had water bottles in the fridge when we checked in. The host was attentive and answer text swiftly. I would definitely stay there again family visits. It was overall a great experience.
