Inside, you’ll find a sleek space, with stylish furnishings, fixtures, and decor. The open plan is ideal for reconnecting with family and friends and combines the living room, dining area, and full kitchen. The chef will love the stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, and your friends will love perching on the kitchen island barstools to chat. Grab a bite together at the adjacent table, or step outside to dine alfresco.


After a day at the parks, unwind at home in the central AC while playing foosball or Ping-Pong in the game room. The adults can stream the latest release downstairs while others catch a good ballgame in the second living room upstairs. Each bedroom has a TV as well, so everyone will find something to watch. Remote workers will appreciate the free WiFi and dedicated desk area. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
