The Space:
After parking in the spacious driveway, enjoy walking through the custom metal gate and up to the keyless entry so you can come and go as you please during your stay!

KITCHEN:
In the kitchen, cook to your heart's content! Perfectly stocked so you can cook all of your favorite meals, you will love this kitchen complete with Viking appliances! We happily provide a Keurig coffee maker in addition to complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar for your stay!

LIVING ROOM:
Gather 'round in the warm and bright living room with a large Smart TV for enjoying your favorite shows in the evening! Although the fireplace is non-operational, enjoy the comfortability in this beautiful Farmhouse!

DINING ROOM:
Enjoy circling around for a delicious meal over wonderful conversation right inside from the covered patio!

BEDROOM 1:
Kick back and get cozy in the Queen Master Bedroom! Complete with wonderfully comfortable and crisp linens and fluffy pillows, convenience is key with your own sink setup right in your room for brushing your teeth and washing your face before a restful night's sleep! In this Master Bedroom, there is a full, on-suite bathroom beautifully finished with custom tile throughout! Enjoy the double shower head, walk in shower and the spaciousness to get ready in the mornings or before a night out on the town!

BEDROOM 2:
Wake up feeling refreshed in the ultra comfortable Queen bed, fresh linens, and fluffy pillows! Take comfort in knowing you have your own sink setup right in your room for brushing your teeth and washing your face before a restful night's sleep! In the morning, enjoy the straight access into the main bathroom right from this bedroom as you prepare to get ready for the day!

BEDROOM 3:
Enjoy getting a great night's sleep in the spacious bedroom with 2 twin beds and an oversized closet for your use!

MAIN BATHROOM:
Enjoy the two vanities as well as the large, deep bathtub and beautifully tile-work throughout! Fully stocked with a hair dryer, soft plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and even some face wipes and feminine products in case you forget while on the go!

KIDDOS:
We don't want you stressing about where your little one will sleep and how to feed them while on your travels so we happily provide a pack n play and high chair in our unit for use at any time during your stay

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have access to the entire Farmhouse to include the private patio consisting of the hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor furniture! We are thrilled for the opportunity to host you while on your travels!

The Neighborhood:
Right next to Red Rock Canyon Open Space, you will find yourself far enough from the city commotion, but so close anything is just minutes away! Old Colorado City is just a few blocks away and access to I-25 is less than a 5 minute drive!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

We have multiple units set up on the 3 acre lot, so while you will likely see others here and there, but the house and its wonderfully detailed patio is all yours for your stay!

***We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter - sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour which puts the hot tub heated to 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.

Our Portable AC Unit is installed for the warmer summer months.
