This condo has 2 master bedrooms, each equipped with a king-size bed, 55" smart TV, AC, large walk-in closet and individual full bathroom. From the bedrooms you will have access to two different balconies where you can enjoy the views of the Banderas Bay or the beautiful mountains. For those days you need to work or catch up on your emails, you will particularly like the hand-made desks in each bedroom and the 300Mb/s Wi-Fi connection the condo has to offer.

BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms have rain and hand shower heads and are fully stocked with quality bath, hands, face, and beach towels.

KITCHEN
This gourmet kitchen has everything you need to make meals, just like at home. You’ll find stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. A coffee machine, blender and toaster are also at your disposal.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is perfect for hanging out with family and friends. The ceiling-to-floor windows provide ample views of the lush mountains of Puerto Vallarta and the city lights at night. It's complete with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and a Nintendo switch. The extended balcony has custom outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evenings.

COMMON AREAS
The complex includes an amazing rooftop with 360-degree views (ocean and mountains) from the pool and hot tub. You'll also have access to a community kitchen with a barbecue, a yoga deck, and a fitness center. The building has an elevator for convenient access to the rooftop and security is on-site 24/7.

The neighboorhood
"5 de Diciembre" neighborhood is one of the most emblematic and traditional of Puerto Vallarta. Walking distance to the boardwalk, "Camarones" beach, local markets and restaurants, and the sports center "Agustín Flores Contreras".

Getting around
The building has an ideal location, it is 20 minutes from the airport by taxi, and only a 5-minute bus ride ($0.50 USD) to downtown. Cabs and Ubers are readily available and the bus stop is just one block from the property. You can also walk to the Malecon (Vallarta's famous boardwalk) in 10 mins. Grocery stores, local restaurants, and many other conveniences are also within walking distance.

Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available.
