EVERLONG Residential presents this luxury Urban Retreat in peaceful Wesley Heights â Charlotte`s first historical neighborhood! Explore nearby Frazier Park or the beautiful greenways just outside your doorstep. Minutes from Uptown, you`ll have everything the city has to offer during your stay. Get around the city with ease on the nearby light rail train! Have a night in after a long days work and enjoy a drink on the balcony in this modern complex. With so much to do, you`ll hardly ever be home!
State of the art appliances in an immaculate kitchen, open and inviting floorplan, with a one of a kind spa-like ensuite bathroom with wet room off the primary BR. 10` ceilings, solid-core floors, multiple balconies, camera doorbell, smart thermostats, fresh paint throughout, washer/dryer included in-unit, double sinks, walk in closet, smart TV`s, tons of natural lighting.
The first floor is an entry stairway with access to the garage directly from the condo. The second floor includes an open concept living area with a living space, kitchen space, dining space, half bath, and a rear facing balcony. The third floor includes both bedrooms, each with an en suite, and the laundry closet.
You will receive your own personal access code for the property to use throughout your stay. This code will only work from your reservation check-in time through your reservation check-out time. As 29x Superhosts, we try hard to get it right.

Car, bike, Uber/Lyft, and the light rail train are all great ways to get around.
Firm NO PETS policy.
**30 night minimum stay. Given the min length of stay, the cleaning fee is for a `deep clean` to be performed after check out.**
*ONLY 2 VEHICLES PARKING INCLUDED*
Garage (1 car) included, with single driveway (1 car)- accommodates 2 vehicles total, single file parking.
Extremely limited additional guest parking available for visitors only (parallel parking spots within complex driveway). Nearby public street parking available as well.

Exterior security camera present: We have a doorbell camera that would be on during your stay. This is for your safety and ours.
Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.
***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS***
We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner`s availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.
***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy***
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**
We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.
**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for Vrbo reservations.
*TRAVEL INSURANCE*: Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as weather, illness, or travel interruptions. Cancellations are subject to the policy selected at booking.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed in accordance with the cancellation policy selected at booking. Please note that third-party payment processing fees are non-refundable.
