Welcome to the ultimate family fun house! Our stylish and cozy 4-bedroom townhome is where relaxation meets playtime. Whether youâre here for a chill weekend or an epic adventure, weâve got the perfect pad for you and your crew.
We are only a short walk to get to Charlotte's light rail station with direct access to Uptown, an 8 min drive to either SouthPark Mall or Carolina Place mall. Plus we're only a 4 min drive from the interstate for quick access to all things Charlotte!
The Space:
What Makes Our Home a Blast:
Comfy & Quirky Bedrooms: Four fabulously fun bedrooms, each with its own personality. Sleep like a baby (or at least like someone who doesnât have one waking them up at 2 AM).
Kid-Approved Fun: Our house is basically a playground with walls! Weâve stocked it with games and activities to keep the kiddos (and letâs be honest, the grown-ups) entertained for hours.
Bathrooms that Wow: With 2.5 bathrooms, thereâs no need to fight over who gets to shower first. Plus, theyâre updated and fancy, just like you.
Epic Private Deck: Our rear deck is perfect for everything from morning coffee to evening dinners. Itâs your own little outdoor paradiseâcomplete with birds chirping, sun shining, and maybe a squirrel or two.
Kitchen with All the Fixinsâ: Whip up a feast in our fully equipped kitchen. Or, you know, just stare at the appliances while you order takeoutâwe donât judge.
Entertainment Central: The living room is where the magic happensâsmart TVs, comfy seating, and all around coziness.

The townhome is on the left side of building, address 9115. There is a keypad on the front door
The Neighborhood:
We are only a short walk to get to Charlotte's light rail station with direct access to Uptown, an 8 min drive to either SouthPark Mall or Carolina Place mall. Plus we're only a 4 min drive from the interstate for quick access to all things Charlotte!
