Quiet Family Beach Charmer

This quiet, family-friendly neighborhood is a short walk to downtown and is a bike ride to the beach. Imagine waking up to a cool, air-conditioned house and then taking a stroll downtown to get breakfast. Stop by and grab a few bikes from the rental shop. Put on your swimsuits, grab our beach chairs, and head to the beach. While you are there, enjoy what the boardwalk has to offer. Later, you can come home, relax, and decide which great restaurant you will eat at in PPB town. Come back home and have a nightcap in our outdoor space. Sleep and Repeat!

Clean and comfortable home

The home was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to down town restaurants. We drove to different beaches around the area. The owner is very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. Would stay again!

A touch of home

The house is even better than pictured . I grew up just 1 town over, I moved 18 years ago and staying here felt just like home. This beach charmer is very clean and has the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a vacation rental. The location is perfect, really quiet neighborhood just right around the corner from retail stores and restaurants. I would most definitely stay here again.

Lovely Beach House - Great Location!

I stayed for a long weekend with my family. The house was lovely, clean, and was exactly as described. Karen was easy to get in touch with and was a wonderful host! She was kind and accommodating and even gave us great suggestions of local places. The location of the house was great as it was super close to downtown and maybe a 5 min drive (if that) to the beach. We will definitely be back next year!

A Great Getaway by the beach

we rented karen’s place for 10 days. It was exactly as described. It was a block and a half walking distance to Arnold Avenue where the shops and restaurants or an about 3/4 of a mile to the beach. Her place was filled with all the necessary essentials, and she even left us a bottle of wine. We had a great time and definitely will return.

More than 5 Stars!Our stay in this peaceful neighborhood gem in Point Pleasant Beach exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the home impressed us with its immaculate cleanliness and warm, welcoming ambiance. Check-in was seamless, and every room showcased beautiful, thoughtful decor.The host, Karen, truly went above and beyond—communications were prompt and helpful before, during, and after our stay. The home was stocked with excellent amenities, from a well-equipped kitchen and plush bedrooms to fully supplied bathrooms and beach chairs—everything you might need for an effortless getaway.The location was ideal—just a short walk to the heart of town for delicious local restaurants, followed by easy access to the iconic Point Pleasant Beach Boardwalk. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot.All in all, this lovely home is highly recommended. We’re already planning our return!

A lovely beach town with all the comforts of home

Karen’s home was exactly as described and pictured. I have stayed at quite a few share homes and this one by far was the most fully stocked, prepared and comfortable home I have stay at. The price was unbeatable, the location was smack in the middle of my favorite part of point pleasant, the shopping! Karen herself was a fantastic host! She answered any questions I had, she was so helpful when told about a cosmetic issue that was completely an accident on our part. She handled our issue so quickly, and offered the best possible outcome. We will very much be staying again!

We are The Ryan's, Marty, Karen, and Sean! We hold 209 Trenton Court Point Pleasant Beach near and dear to our hearts. Karen grew up in this house and wants to share this special Family Beach Charmer with you. We as a family lived in PPB for 13 years until we moved for Marty's work. We always come back to enjoy late summer. Our favorite is walking into town, and enjoying all the fabulous restaurants, mini golf at the boardwalk, taking bike rides to sunset beach, meeting up with old friends, and partying at the Jersey Shore. We look forward to it every year. Point Beach will not disappoint.

We are looking forward to you being our guests. Please enjoy our quaint little family beach charmer... our bright living room will welcome you with a comfy blue sectional and a beach-themed feel. The kitchen is stocked with aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, dish soap, hand soap, and all the basic needs. As you carry your bags down the hallway, you will pass the half-bath and full-bath. Please continue to the main and guest bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet, and a full-length mirror. The back bedroom has twin beds, a double closet, and a dresser. The third bedroom has a double bed, an open closet organizer, and a tall dresser. All beds and pillows have allergy mattress protectors. Each bed comes with two pillows per person and a quilt. Extra blankets will be available. Sheets and towels will be provided. **No Pets, Smoking, or Vaping due to Severe Family Allergies.** Thank you in advance! You will have full use of the interior of our home. Which includes the first-floor living space and the basement to access the washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. We have an outdoor covered patio with an eating and seating area. **NO Grill will be provided.** There is a one-car driveway and free parking on the street. We will provide 4 beach chairs and beach towels.
* This house is located in a residential neighborhood.
1) You and your guests must follow the Point Pleasant Beach noise ordinance, which is...quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM
2) Minimum night stay of 7 days or more.
3) Most neighbors are year-round residents- please be mindful of your noise and activities.

This Family Beach Charmer is on a quiet small street nestled off the downtown. Perfect getaway from all the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk and beach action. BUT, close enough to enjoy it all! The bonus is being able to walk into town for shopping, restaurants, and stores.
